This hotel is across the street from the "white Cotton" terraces of Pamukkale. The host was terrific and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since tourists are his main client, it is great that he speaks good English. I found the pool to be wonderful, especially in the 107º heat of summer. The breakfast is abundant and has wide variety of choices. The restaurant has good food for lunches or dinner or a pool-side snack that are delicious and moderately priced. While the hotel is a little dated, it is very much like every other European hotel I have stayed at. The comfort and care of customers by the owner is more than enough reason to stay here. There are no 5-star Marriott Hotels or Ritz-carltons in Pamukkale, so for my money, comfort, and convenience I would stay here again and again.

The hotel is in a great location and also has a large swimming pool. The room was ok although the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripping during the first night. The manager came to look straight away and gave us some extra towels and it was rectified the following day. Breakfast was good - typical Turkish breakfast and was varied. It would have been good to have had some scrambled or fried eggs as the only option was a boiled egg. The hotel has a car park which is good if you need parking. The staff were really nice, friendly and extremely helpful.

Perfectly acceptable room, clean but not fancy. Great pool area, good breakfast. Balcony overlooking pool. Great location--it's a very short walk from the lower gate to the travertines. We walked all the way up, explored the ruins, then hiked back down. No need for public transport! Provided us with a ride to the train station in the morning at a better cost than a taxi would have been.

The receptionists, chef and housekeepers are very nice and polite. The equipments in the room are a bit old, but rooms and swimming pools are absolutely clean. They also offer a variety of food for the breakfast. The location is great too. It’s very close to the Pamukkale. I enjoy my stay here.

Absolutely amazing!!! The rooms are clean, the Turkish breakfast buffet as a lot of options and it’s served by the pool. All the staff are super super sweet, polite and helpful. The rooms had a nice view to the travertines and its a 5min walk to the entrance. The outside pool it’s ginormous, the indoor pool is warm and both stay open until 11pm. Overall the hotel is perfect and the staff is what makes it even better!

The only part I liked was the staff and their excellent service. The room was ok, but the bathroom was in a terrible condition and I personally would not come back to this property.

Basic hotel with a good pool and small bar area. Hotel is across the road from Pamukkale cotton castle. Easy walking distance to sites/ restaurants and shops. Room was basic but comfortable and the staff, espcially fatima, were super helpful.

The hotel was basically a good one. The rooms were old (furniture, AC, fridge, etc). The pool facilities were really nice. Breakfast was lavish, by Turkish standards. However, the attitude of staff was neither helpful nor courteous.
