Where to stay in Pamukkale

Located within walking distance to the pamukale site... Nice and cozy restaurant that serves a wide array of asian and Turkish cuisines. Price is reasonable for the generous portion. Presentation doesn't do justice to it's taste and if you're looking for something home cooked style this is second to none. The owners are very kind and helpful; when our mobiles are running low on battery they lent us...

The location is perfect(2min walking to the pools), but there is no reception 24h, we had to wait a while at the door until they opened (6am). The rooms are very nice and clean, with AC, but the bathroom of the mixed dorm was dirty and had a lot of water on the floor. I would maximum stay 1 night there to see the Pamukkale pools. There is not much more to do.

We went for the food - dinner. Had an awesome dinner. Great homemade food of all cuisines. We had Korean, Chinese and Japanese food and it tasted absolutely great.

Helpful fast service ,very polite. The atmosphere very friendly. They have a wood fired oven and cooked fresh pita dough. They have a good selection of fresh sweets,and a full bar. The quality of fresh food was excellent. The photos on the menu are a mistake as they do not do the food justice.

The boss is very kind and enthusiastic. The service is very good and he is very attentive to the management. The food is also good and there are discounts. The accommodation is no problem and the CP value is very high. If you visit Pamukkale, you can choose this hotel. It is very close to the station and the entrance.

Restaurant food is great, lovely breakfast and lunch with good Turkish coffee served with Turkish delight. Service is also friendly and efficient. Has a great central location and a lovely view of the travertines. Nice terrace too. Highly reccomend.

It is a hotel in a peaceful place and the yard is nice and calm. The room decoration is old and the bathroom is not very good. They don't care to make a perfect.

Very friendly!! Owner took us in at 4am after we were kicked out of ozbay hotel. Reasonable price. Saved us from sleeping on the street!!! Highly recommend.

Not for long stay... Breakfast was ok... But the wc was not clear enough and stinky

I have been here just for a day but i like it very much, Kind of family hotel . Rooms are comfortable and staff was very very very helpfull for everything. It was rainy they gut at reception he go with his own car city center and he buy for us umbrella , Thanks for everything

Simple & Good hotel with Good location and Good Price. Can't ask more. The owner was very kind and helpful. He organized hot air balloon with good price. The breakfast was simple but enough for us. unlimited turkish tea & coffee made us happy.

A honest review from a travelling couple who have and are travelling around Turkiye slowly, this is approx hotel number 50 to be staying at.... Location wise hotel is in an ideal setting very close in fact walking distance to the springs, shops, attraction, paragliding etc. Be warned shops are expensive due to so many tourists all the time visiting. They don't have refrigerator and too small

Planned to stay 1 night. Ended up 4 nights. Friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean. Would go there again.

The location is great and the restaurant looks fantastic

The hotel is located near the Pakkumale with free parking. You can walk to the gate of Pakkumale (not the South Gate). Every staff member is super nice and friendly! We are told that it’s a family run hotel, that’s why everyone you met smiles warmly, super nice and helpful. They can help with everything you ask for! The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

The staff at Melrose Viewpoint Suites were very helpful and hospitable. They helped us booked the hot air balloon tour. The breakfast spread was delicious and free parking is available at the compound. Thank you for the warm hospitality. 

Amazing place to stay. Big and beautiful rooms, friendly and helpful staff, delicious free breakfast. Yet all this for a very reasonable price. We are from India, We as a family of four stayed here for five days and enjoyed every moment. Didn't feel like checking out. Did not want our holiday to end. Super friendly and helpful staff. I had a love big room and could see the hot air balloons take off in the morning. Breakfast was a tasty Turkish breakfast. The only pity was that the WiFi is very bad.

Nice location; you can walk five minutes to have dinner downtown in this area. Be careful of scammers. Every area in the hotel is so clean. Close to the Travertines of Pamukkale; you can drive there within 30 minutes.

I very highly this family run hotel when visiting Pamukkale without hesitation. The room was generous size, grounds and pool exceptionally clean (spotless). Most of all the warmth and helpfulness of the family/staff were above and beyond !!!

The hotel is very close to the scenic area and has a nice atmosphere inside, complete with a swimming pool. The family room has a living room with a good layout, and the rooms are quite spacious, each with its own balcony. The hotel's in-house restaurant is convenient, and breakfast is decent. Unexpectedly, there were mosquitoes in the room in February, and my family all got bitten.

The environment is great. From the outside, it looks like the countryside, but once you arrive at the hotel, it's a pleasant surprise. The soundproofing is just okay; you can hear chickens, ducks, and turkeys. I thought about it for a while, but I still gave the service 5 stars because the chef in the kitchen was just too good. The hotel was at the end of the town, so it was quiet and peaceful although you have to walk 10 minutes to get to restaurants. The breakfast had a lot of varieties and I liked the breads the most. The rooms were clean and well equipped.

Nice hotel. Rooms comfortable. Shower great apart from a VERY slippery floor. Huge breakfast buffet selection. Including lots of vegetable and salad items. Really handy for the Pamukkale travertines. About 10 minutes walk to the lower entrance a d then a barefoot walk up, followed by an exploration of Hierapolis. Definitely worth a visit.

Our 2-night stay at Venus Suites Hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Great location, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent value—highly recommend!

It’s really close to the Pamukkale travertine entrance. About 5 minutes walk. And close to supermarket, restaurant, bus stop. Everything is clean, easy. Reception is great. Recommend it.

We had a beautiful stay at this pension ! The room was clean, with air conditionning and hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast is classic but good, with free tea and coffee al day long that you can enjoy on the lovely terrace with a view on the Pamukkale Cliffs ! Service and reception was perfect. It was a very good place to stay. The location of the hotel is strategic and super close to the mountains of Pamukkale. The rooms are comfortable and the Staff is very kind. I left something at the Hotel when I left and they helped me to recover it. Nice nice people and very good service 🙏🏻✨

Good option in Pamukkale. Less than 5-10min walk to the entrance of the travertines and Hierapolis. The coffee and tea available all day on the rooftop terrace was super nice. Also a great viewpoint to watch the dawn balloons over the travertines. Rooms and bathroom was clean with lots of towels. We were able to park our car right out front. And although we didn’t take advantage they do arrange balloon...

Airport bus sent us right opposite the hotel and the owner Ismir was there welcoming us. The hotel is very close to the Pamukkale town entrance near to the restaurants and the room is spacious. Ismir is extremely helpful, preparing our breakfast and offered to drop us at the south gate of Pamukkale without fee the next day. We had a relaxing swim at the swimming pool before we headed out to the Pamukkale...

Hotel is a good area, but there are no amenities at this time but they traveled staff are very helpful. Breakfast was OK. Rooms are big and comfortable, but they are dated With the horrible views of road or empty trash yards. They offered free erfan dance show for the hotel guest, but their fees for the hot balloon ride is double what is if booked outside of the hotel?

Our room had a malfunctioning a/c which was not cooling the room at all. It’s summer weather (July) and the heat was unbearable. Hotel refused to admit that the a/c was broken and blamed it on the weather. We had to repeatedly insist before they begrudgingly came to inspect the broken a/c. Even so, they tried to fool us with the explanation that if they replaced the remote control, the a/c will work...

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here...
