Do Not Use This Hotel.
You can book this hotel on line but when you get here it is closed. (Expedia still shows it open)
A dodgy caretaker will sell you a room for twice the rate in cash, but won't let you park car in hotel carpark because someone may see your car and report him.
Do Not Use. You have been warned.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: The hotel is not a 5 star hotel as described on Booking.com. From the outside it makes an acceptable impression but inside it is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen! The entire hotel with over 20 rooms is maintained by just 2 people, a father and his son. Everything is dirty, calcified and filthy - I have attached a video as proof. The owner did not want to give us the room we booked through Booking.com but something worse because I got a discount from Booking.com itself and he did not want to accept it. Either I pay more money or leave the hotel. We left the hotel and I reported the owner for misleading hotel stars and fraudulent activities.

Rude staff, low end breakfast with tea tasting like dish soap, bread dry and old ingredients used and apparent “nice” rooms are dirty under beds, mouldy, taps are dirty, open and loose wiring. They had ongoing construction stop strategically so we proceed with check-in, they proceeded grinding and hammering against our wall the moment our bags were inside. Do not go here.

We spent two nights in this establishment for a total price of €45 (€22/night).
Unfortunately our experience was not very positive.
The rooms are damp, very cold (there is no heating in the establishment), sound insulation is almost non-existent, the walls are in a pitiful state, mold... but above all a lot of bare electrical wires in especially in the bathroom!!
The owner is very noisy, you will hear him shouting until late at night, in fact, he will try to sell you anything and everything. He insisted very heavily on charging us for a hot air balloon ride. We did well not to give in. The horizon is very opaque due to pollution and Pamukalle is more grey/brown than white...
In this establishment you are just considered as a wallet, no other intention will be given to you than that of your money...
On the other hand, breakfast is included in the price, which is a good thing, but don't expect anything exceptional.
Do not trust the overly laudatory reviews of this establishment, they are clearly not posted by customers.
A fair price for a room would be around €17, but definitely not more! Ask to see the rooms before paying!

A honest review from a travelling couple who have and are travelling around Turkiye slowly, this is approx hotel number 50 to be staying at....

Location wise hotel is in an ideal setting very close in fact walking distance to the springs, shops, attraction, paragliding etc.
Be warned shops are expensive due to so many tourists all the time visiting.

Hotel:
Room size: yes it was stated it was small on the booking app, but it is SMALL but had a nice little balcony which was a bonus.
Bathroom: very small, sink waste water took forever to go down, no window nor fan, and vent was open which did nothing to get rid of moisture from shower. Toilet would flush when it felt like it.
Shower needed a good clean if honest as mouldy grout and just soap scum from previous guests is never nice to see.
Shower door leaked alot of water out onto the bathroom floor which made it quite slippery, we put a towel down which got totally drenched then gave up as it was pointless trying.
Hot Water: well if you are using the shower in the morning between 830am and 10am or between 7pm to 9pm water is luke warm, such a shame as hot water is a basic need for a guest.
No clean towels every day if staying more than 1 day....wet towels take forever to dry in October even outside on the balcony!
Internet WiFi was ok we managed to watch a film using WiFi on laptop.
Swimming pool looked inviting and probably is in the summer but being beginning of November water felt cold. Also it looked there were some issues with the pool as algae was seen and the workings of pump and filter was always open and being worked on (no hazard signs around as it was quite a drop down into where the pump etc is)
Breakfast was payable but we supported a local restaurant opposite which we ate at quite a Few times over 2.5 days.
No kettle in the room.
Small fridge worked well.
Hairdryer in the drawer.

Overall for a quick stay and not fussed for somewhere to sleep yes it's ideal if you can get a good deal.

Planned to stay 1 night. Ended up 4 nights. Friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean. Would go there again.
