We spent a whole week there due to the Folklore Festival of Denizli and we had an amazing time. Service was amazing specially for me they accomodate me in an office since I am a Medical professor and needed to teach two classes during my stay. İ miss you all already... İt was 😍😍😍😍😍 amazing
Wonderful and the staff is very helpful
I adored that in this hotel there is a termal pool! And after my arrival I had a little exursion Ibrahim helps me with my luggages and showed the place. So there is a termal pool only for woman! Also in the room in the bathroom there is a termal water but I prefere to swim in the termal pool with a jacuzzi!!! The room is spacious with a kitchen's tool just if you need a hot water you need to go at...
Hotel personnel were very kind and fulfilled our kind demands and we are satisfied on that. On the other hand the air conditioning unit was not operational, the rooms had a smell from the thermal water... and music was too loud in the area of the pool (right next to our room)
Food was average but the suit and the service really nice. The swimming pool and the hamam wonderful quiet. I would definitely come again. The place is also very clean. And ny favorite thing they have a nice attitudes towards cat.

Surprised that there is a swimming pool. Good that have enough towels, hairdryer and shampoo. Patience and friendliness of staff is average. No body cleaning foam/ gel.
Great hôtel, comfortable and clean with nice pool. Well located and affordable price.
Wonderful and cheap place. Located very close to Thermal Pools, Mierapolis as well as the site of Hot-air Balloon takeoff
Very close to ticket office of Pamukkale 👍 The environment is clean

We had a lovely stay. The rooms are super clean, the pool is great and the women at reception is so kind and friendly. Really recommend staying here. The location is also right next to a store and close to the springs of palukalle
Very nice people, the lady (she and her husband are the owners) was very very nice. The hotel is ok, bathroom was not in the best condition but overall ok and on very good spot right to the main road nextk to buss station and close to Hierapolis museum. Also you have nice view of the balloons in the morning from the hotel terrace. We had breakfast there and it was nice made by the lady and husband...
Beyaz Kale Hotel offers a delightful experience for travelers seeking a comfortable stay near the breathtaking Pamukkale Travertines. Located just a stone's throw away from the natural wonder, the hotel boasts a family-run atmosphere and personalized service that makes guests feel at home. The owner was very kind. There was a mistake with our booking (it being a day before when we were supposed to arrive). The owner kindly readjusted our booking, and even allowed us to keep our bags before the check in. The rooms are a bit small, but the bedsheets were clean, and the location is very close to the South Entrance of Pamukkale (5min walk away). Thank you for a great stay!
Perfect for our overnight stay. Water pressure in shower needs attention

Excellent hotel right across from Pamukkale. Great view from the window. Delicious breakfast. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Nice quiet place on the end of the main drag. Bathroom was ridiculously small but functional with good hot water and pressure. Bed was average. Assistance was exploitive and costly . Shop around. They maybe helpful but at a steep cost. Location was great but there really isn't a bad location in town. Parking was good
The location of this hotel is the best! If you book the balcony with the panoramic view, you will see the Travestinesright from your room. We woke up at 6:30 to see the balloons flying over and it was spectacular. The owner and the staff went on their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are small so pack light, the breakfast has a lot of homemade jams and olives, so it was tasty along with some...
Service: The staff were very welcoming and chatted with us happily. They even played ping-pong with us, haha! The paragliding they recommended was really fun; you can see the ancient ruins and Pamukkale from the hillside. Environment: The hotel is right next to Pamukkale, within walking distance of the central gate. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel itself has a restaurant. There are...
We had a lovely time at this hotel, which was so conveniently situated across from the Antique Pools. We had a beautiful room overlooking the pool and the hills. Incredible. The room was so cute and had a nice balcony. The staff were lovely and helpful and we had a very nice dinner there after we arrived. You must try the local wine!
Staff went above expectations to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Room was comfy. Breakfast had a nice variety. We were provided a take away breakfast on our last day because we left early. Hotel has qreat access to Pamukkale traventines, we took a taxi 300 lira to south gate, explored the ruins then made our way down traventines. Happy with our stay We stayed 3 nights. The regular pool was great. They were working on the thermal pool when we arrived but we were still able to use it. The thermal pool was much improved during our stay. Breakfast varied based on how many guests are at the hotel. With few guests they fix you a plate in the kitchen but they were very accommodating. With more guests they put out a buffet...
Hi everybody, first of all, we are 100 %delighted and satisfied not only with the service but also with the sincerity of the staff, including managers,,, espeacially when the manager used his car for our urgent work: really made us happy. So we are really looking forward to coming back.
The rooms are pretty basic but fine for us. We stayed in a large double room. Breakfast was 2 Euro per person (we visited in March). Each room has a balcony. You can park at the street in front of the hotel. We tried the thermal pool - the water looks a little dirty but the temperature is very warm. We liked it.
If your just looking for a bed while you visit Pamukkale this is your place. You will have your own thermal bath in your room but also a shared bath that can be access 24 hours a day, it was actually nicer than the water at Pamukkale in our opinion. Would come back. Would recommend.
I felt like I was at home in this hotel where I stayed for 5 days. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Ercan, and his family welcomed him very warmly. It is very nice to have a family bathroom in every room. Karahayit Thermal water is very hot, like people. Although it is a tourist place, the prices are very affordable. The proximity to Pamukkale and the transportation facilities are very good. Good location, clean and good value with what you pay. The Owner also friendly. Walking distance to Pamukkale Terrace and the Ancient city. I did not take a picture of the room because it was just rainning when we get there .
Really nice pool and hot water in bathrooms. The owner does not want you eating in the rooms which was fine by me. It is a walk of 100m to the main Street/entrance
Motocyclists here👋 Safe parking , air condition at rooms. It is on TET Route so you can stay eat drink and continue Salda in morning .
The owner of the hotel is incredibly kind and friendly. We were given complimentary Turkish tea on arrival and coffee in the morning. The rooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable. It is a perfect location to town. Only a few minutes walk to local markets, restaurants and the natural hot springs. Highly recommend.
The place is located right in front of the travertine, within walking distance to the bus stop, approximately a 5-10 minute walk. They offer breakfast at an additional charge of €6, which I think is reasonably priced. The owners are helpful in assisting with planning your itinerary.
This place is a 10 minute walk from one of the entrances to the terrace. The room was clean. They have a nice pool which we enjoyed very much. The owners of the property are very helpful.

Arrived at the hotel earlier than check in to a very friendly welcome. The owners went out of their way to accommodate us. They prioritized cleaning the room so we could check in earlier. While we waited they kept our bags and let us use the facilities and swimming pool. They also organised an early morning taxi pickup for the following day and, due to our early start, the owners prepared a packed...
Excellent place to stay on the quieter outskirts of Pamukkale - still close enough to walk in and out of the village (15 minutes) but secluded, the only noise being the call of the muezzin. The standout is the immense Turkish breakfast, especially the gozlëme and olives.
Wonderful stay at this lovely hotel just a little bit outside the town(although easy walking distance). Pool was beautiful and the staff incredibly friendly. Perfect base for your stay in Pamukkale. Very highly recommended!
We really enjoyed our stay at Melrose House. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxed vibe. This hotel is across the street from the "white Cotton" terraces of Pamukkale. The host was terrific and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love this hotel! I love the service, location and breakfast!!! Thank you for everything! We really enjoyed our time here and thanks again for your attention and hospitality:)
The hotel is in a great location and also has a large swimming pool. The room was ok although the beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was leaking and dripping during the first night. It would have been good to have...
Perfectly acceptable room, clean but not fancy. Great pool area, good breakfast. Balcony overlooking pool. Great location--it's a very short walk from the lower gate to the travertines. We walked all the way up, explored the ruins, then hiked back down. No need for public transport! Provided us with a ride to the train station in the morning at a better cost than a taxi would have been.
The receptionists, chef and housekeepers are very nice and polite. The equipments in the room are a bit old, but rooms and swimming pools are absolutely clean. They also offer a variety of food for the breakfast. The location is great too. It’s very close to the Pamukkale. I enjoy my stay here.
Absolutely amazing!!! The rooms are clean, the Turkish breakfast buffet as a lot of options and it’s served by the pool. All the staff are super super sweet, polite and helpful. One of the more popular hotels near Pamukkale. It is value for money. Rooms are pretty spacious and comes with a balcony. Only complaints were the WIFI takes multiple attempts before you can get connected. TV no signal...
Very nice hotel with even nicer staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety and the food was delicious. There were lots of cats around the property, which was a lovely and cute touch. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the Pamukkale South Gate entrance, which was very convenient. Highly recommended.
Nice hotel. Rooms comfortable. Shower great apart from a VERY slippery floor. Huge breakfast buffet selection. Including lots of vegetable and salad items. Really handy for the Pamukkale travertines. About 10 minutes walk to the lower entrance a d then a barefoot walk up, followed by an exploration of Hierapolis. Definitely worth a visit.
Had a really nice stay here. The staff were kind and attentive — always happy to help whenever we asked for advice or needed anything. The room was clean and just right for a short stay. Pamukkale is a small village, and this hotel feels a bit more comfortable than most places around. The restaurant was good too. Overall, a pleasant and easy stay.
The staff team is excellent. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly. Even the resident dog is very hospitable! The room is super clean and you could tell they have put effort in designing the layout of the rooms. The restaurant is very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venus Suite and would highly recommend it.

Nice, quiet and clean. Especially breakfast was delicious.
AC in the room was old and small and for the room size. He also asked me to pay cash instead of card. He helped me book the Hot Air Balloon 10 eur cheaper.
Very happy to have this hotel allow me to stay when the one I’d booked opposite was closed and had been for 8 months! The staff, room and breakfast were the best I’ve experienced in Turkey for 3 star hotels. Thanks for having me and loved the breakfast!
Very near Pamukkale. The owner get friendly after a chat. The place isn't luxurious but comfortable, clean and in good condition. It feels authentic like in a turkish countryside familly house. The breakfast was very good yet simple as we know traditional turquish breakfast. I recommand always taking hotel breakfast in Turkey because it can get expensive quickly in restaurants.
We stayed here a few nights and had a great time, the couple is super friendly and helped us with finding everything, booking a balloon ride and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend :)

A lovely family-run business; we only stayed overnight. The rooms were clean, the hot water was excellent, and the surroundings were clean. It's suitable for a short stay, easily accessible, close to Pamukkale, with beautiful thermal waters. You can visit the surrounding villages. It's close to Denizli city center.
We stayed in room 207. There are 1 double and 2 single beds in the room. The hotel is a very old hotel. The location isn't bad. The rooms come with a tub and thermal water. We tried filling up the tub but the water kept escaping. When it was finally full, we had to wait for it to cool and by the time it did there was no water left. Was disappointed by this experience.

It was exactly what I expected for the price. Relatively clean, decent breakfast, barebones hotel room for the night. Perfect for only 20€
Stayed here for a night with kids. the staff were good and helpful. The property could use some upgrading, but it was a comfortable stay overall. Great location and very friendly and helpful people at reception. A very good choice if you plan to visit the Travertines at Pamukkale and Hieropolis! And also very close to the bus stop connecting Pamukkale with Denizli! My family loved our stay here!
For the price and location, this was a good spot. Simple room with little courtyard facing balcony. We weren't around to enjoy the lovely pool or courtyard due to a short visit. Easy walk into the travertine. Many restaurants close. The service and kindness of the staff was main highlight!

Super attentive owner. This guy will bend over backwards for his guests. If you only have a short stay in Pamukkale and don't want to pay through the nose this place is perfect. It has a nice pool and is very close to the main attraction.
The hotel owner is so friendly and helpful, the location from the hotel to pamukkale sights is about 10mins. The room is clean and acceptable.
Tastefully, even elegantly furnished and decorated rooms, well-equipped, immaculate, and at a very reasonable price. The owner is cordial and more than helpful. We were accommodated quickly and without any problems at the hotel, which we only went to for one day, and we were happy that they gave us their larger and upper segment rooms. It is an old hotel from the days of boarding houses, but it is clean and quite central. The operators were helpful and respectful.
