The hotel was neat and clean.
The staff there Ms. Wafa and Mohammed from Syria were really reallt amazing, made sure to give us all the warmth and support they could to make our stay becomes best possible

It is the best hotel in Trabzon. The rooms are clean and the food is excellent. The staff treated us well, they were helpful and nice.

it is a really fancy, clean and friendly hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful. Also I really liked the way they treated me and my family. It was a safe space, with a really nice view. The rooms were thourouhly cleaned and it had a welcoming smell

I've been staying at this place for almost a month now and I can confidently say that it's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Very spacious, clean rooms with a beautiful view of the sea! Varied and very tasty cuisine. And the most important thing in this hotel is the incredibly hospitable and sincere staff, who are ready to help you with any question! Special thanks to Mrs. Sumiue, her attention and hospitality make you feel at home.
Highly recommend this place!

Amazing experience, staff is super friendly and helpful, made us feel home. Rooms are big, clean and well equipped. Nice huge safe parking for cars. Totally recommend 👌

The services are excellent, the place is nice, clean and calm, their welcome is great, all the workers are wonderful and cheerful, and the food service is excellent. I really like this place and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a nice vacation.
