There was no hot water during the whole stay. Only lukewarm or cold. A technical intervention didn’t fix it.
One of our rooms had a sewage smell. Cleaning was far from sufficient. Breakfast was included but not very generous.
At checkout, our car was blocked by other clients’ cars due to small parking lot. The valet didn’t prepare it, despite being warned the day before about our early check-out. We waited 20 minutes. Luckily, the airport was close.
Too bad. The staff was decent, and well located, but the hotel is poorly managed. There seems to be miscommunication between the staff members.
We booked a room with a double bed—the bed was very large and spacious, and we slept comfortably. The room was odor-free. All the furniture in the room was new, and there was a large Smart TV. The bathroom and fixtures were in excellent condition. There was air conditioning with a heating mode, which was especially convenient.
The room also had a tea set, coffee, and water. Clean towels and fresh linens were provided. The hotel left a very pleasant impression—we would happily return again and recommend it to friends.
- 0 professional staff in the reception keeps delaying fixing the issue we have reported the issue for them many time exactly for someone called (Ahmed) , no solution for it and just delaying it with many excuses.
