We stayed 4 nights at Usta Park Hotel. Evrything was good. Location near old town and shops and few steps to Trabzon meydan . Breakfast at 7th fl is very good with amazing view . Large room and shower is sooo good. I recommend it to whom going trabzon .

Large rooms, the paper was missing from the toilet,there was a bit mold in the toilets. The service was very polite, quick and nice, the reception as well. The breakfast was very good, the location far from the center but with a nice view. There is no soundproof walls or glass, we heared everything from everywhere

Superb location. Room is comfortable but there are light switches and electric outlets that need fixing. Good breakfast and great view from the restaurant on the seventh floor.

I had a reservation as a family but due to the snowy weather conditions I needed to cancel and reschedule my trip. I have called the reception for 3 times in different times and in all my calls it was told me that they will reschedule my reservation and phone back. But nobody called me. As I guessed the return flight was cancelled due to snowy weather. However I could not had a phone and surprisingly they send me a link to rate my stay. They are not aware that I did not enter the hotel. A bad experience.

I stayed in Usta Park Hotel 5 nights during October 2024, and I feel very comfortable.
The location is excellent, the room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast was good (repeated all the 5 days but was OK), the staff are very friendly.
There is Turkish Hammam in the hotel and is free for guests (just the basic hammam).
The only disturbance was the neighbor Mosque's Microphone was very near to my room and the voice was very loud.

It is somehow good but the rooms are so small and it's expensive compared to its rank among other hotels in the area
