Hotel is very good, not excellent! Reception and staff nice and cooperative especially Besher and Badel 💕 Rooms are beautiful especially we got upgraded 😉 Breakfast delicious and of wide variety. No pools, all other activities are high extra charge .! Beaches are round the corner but deserted in October 🥶 Dolmųs is up in front of the hotel BUT U HAVE TO CLIMB UP LIKE AS 6-7 FLOORS TO REACH THE MAIN STREET!

Im staying right now in this hotel 26-Nov-24 we are 2 persons they provide 3 beds i dont know why? I asked them to remove the informed me this is standard room

The hotel's staff was kind and accommodating, which made the experience great. This location is perfect for families and the cost is appropriate. The room was accommodated with one double bed, one cupboard, one sofa bed and TV. The bathroom was clean and provided with a hairdryer, a complimentary toothbrush, shower soap, and shampoo. In general, the room and the toilet are clean. Additionally, tea and coffee were offered for free with two cups and a kettle. The air conditioning performed well. The breakfast buffet was also enjoyable for me. Needs improvement : As usual, There was no bidet water spray in the toilet and no spoon or knife in the room

The SPA experience was honestly the best we (My Husband and I ) have ever had. The ladies did a fantastic job with our message and Turkish Bath. We would Highly recommend and will do it again ourselves. The Breakfast is good and has plenty to pick from,. everyone is super helpful and kind. Mohammed and Kristin

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Almost everything was unpleasant. We stayed for only one day, and you can see the issues in the pictures. The shower was clogged, and I was afraid it might break if I tried to fix it. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms was constant; there’s no soundproofing at all. I do not recommend this place.

The front desk employees are helpful and kind and they have upgraded my room for free because a wait for 10 minutes only. They speak English and Arabic as far as I know.
Anyway great experience in this hotel, we have not sleep for long time and in this hotel we slept for 12 hours.

Rooms are clean and tidy, the only downside are the colors, its too dark, the room looks dark.
Staff are friendly and and welcoming.
Breakfast variety is great. Hot water dispenser for the tea needs servicing though, the valve sprays water in a wide way, burnt my hand.
But all in all a good place to stay.
