The hotel’s location is exceptional, situated directly in front of Maydan Trabzon and surrounded by restaurants, currency exchange offices, shops, and various amenities. However, the condition of the rooms was disappointing. They were small, dated, and lacked proper cleanliness, with several maintenance issues requiring urgent attention. The bathroom had a leaking toilet, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep when the surrounding rooms were occupied.

Our room offered a satisfactory view, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Nonetheless, one Turkish gentleman whose office was adjacent to the reception displayed less-than-ideal manners. The internet speed was decent, and the breakfast offered was average.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The room was small.

The only positive point is the location. You can walk everywhere.

Great location, but outdated
Hotel is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom and room fixtures. It was also a challenge to communicate in English. Breakfast was okay. Great location.

Middle of the road Hotel right on Mayden Square
Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. Only other issue was the shower water temp would cycle hot to cool every few minutes. Other wise the everything else such as room comfort, breakfast, etc was OK

Direct booking. Was told by the Iraqi manager a price for 2 nights. He put us in the Suite. However, he said someone had booked for the next day. If they cancel we can stay in the same room. If they don't cancel we will be moved to another room.

Next day he told us they are fully booked! So even though the day before he told us one option would be to move to another room (not full), the next day he obviously had customers who booked for longer than 1 day and so wanted more money rather than honour the words he said to us!

Money over morals for this man it seems.

Its a nice and quite 3 star hotel , breakfast is not as it should , the rooms are small , the manager and staff are very helpful and friendly, the cleaning clerks need a push.

Overpriced for no good reason; for this quality of rooms, I usually pay 70tl maybe 90tl. Here the are asking for 200tl. Everything working fine, but the shower is small area. Also, street noise is high.
