The hotel is very old, and my room had a strong smell of humidity and moisture. No elevator, and the cleaning could be more careful. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, the staff extremely friendly, and the location is excellent — right in the heart of the city center with many restaurants and cafés around. Prices are not cheap, but maybe that’s due to the high season.

My Review of TS Park Hotel: A Mid-Range Experience, Fair for the Price

Overall, my experience at TS Park Hotel was average and aligned with the value for money. The hotel boasts several attractive features, but there are some drawbacks that might affect some guests' stays.

Pros
* Staff: The staff members are cooperative and friendly, which creates a positive atmosphere for the stay.
* Location: The hotel's location is more than excellent, situated in the heart of Trabzon Square and very close to Uzun Sokak, a distinctive shopping street. It's also very near public transportation like the Dolmuş, and there are many diverse restaurants in the surrounding area.
* Cleanliness: The hotel is generally clean, and there are no unpleasant odors, making for a comfortable stay.

Cons
* Noise from the Bar: The biggest drawback, for which I see no solution, is the presence of a bar beneath the hotel. Loud music and songs emanate from it daily from 10 PM until after midnight, making sleep very difficult. It feels as though you are inside the bar itself.
* Room Service: Room service is limited to tidying the room only, without changing the bed linens, which can be inconvenient for some guests.
* Second Floor Needs Renovation: The second floor of the hotel needs renovation, similar to the first and third floors which appear more modern.
* Breakfast: The breakfast selection is limited in variety, and there's no daily change in the dishes offered.
In general, setting aside the major issue with the bar, the hotel might be suitable for some, depending on how guests weigh the importance of the mentioned pros and cons.

The hotel is horrible. Building is very old. Rooms are dirty and bathrooms are outdated. Laud music is played in hotel as some part is rented to a bar. Please avoid this place

The place is very smelly and beds were dirty there are stains everywhere on everything, nothing was clean and there isn’t even an elevator making it impractical for people with disabilities or health problems. Policy is very poor and unfair if you want to cancel your reservation you can’t get your money back staff and reception is very unhelpful. The pictures on the website and internet are a scam nothing looks like it seems. And the doors don’t even lock or close therefore the safety is very poor.

Our one day stay at TS Park Hotel was one of the most terrible experience I have ever had in any hotel in my life. This hotel is located at the center of Trabzon City Center. This came with issues I did not expected. The loud music blurted outside until 1am. Music was so loud that that you could feel the bass of the music in the floor of the room. As expected, the paper thin walls did not stop the sound. Now let me talk about some internal factors that affected our stay. Kids played soccer and ran in the hotel hallway. People were banging on the door until late at night that you could hear. Bathroom was a mess. Sink, toilet, and washing area was within one feet of each other. It felt disgusting standing in the bathroom with such low cracked ceiling. Bathroom wall had hole, mildew/mold, and cracked all over. The cupboard in the room had broken door. It was a safety issue with my baby. Carpet was ripped. Someone had left their fake and cut nails on the carpet. Bedsheet had holes. At the check in we were told that water, drinks, and snacks in the room are complimentary. At the check out, we were asked if we consumed anything. Hotel front door looks like a store front rather than a hotel. I can go on more, but I think you got the idea. Avoid this dump hole and save your money.
