This little gem of a hotel proved to be our saviour due to the original accommodation we had booked being less than acceptable standard - the staff were extremely accommodating and flexible and the rooms were fabulous! The pics really don’t do it justice would highly recommend!

The room was large and nice. We had breakfast included, but we were leaving early and asked for it to be prepared earlier. They only gave us two awful sandwiches, which we left in the room. The hotel is at the top of town, conveniently located but not „on the *****“ so it’s quiet and comfortable. The staff are brilliant, so helpful, full of suggestions and ideas for what to do. Breakfast is delicious and varied (do try the soup!) and fills you up well for the day to come.

This is a wonderful hotel, which deserves a higher rating than its 3 stars, in our view. Although we only stayed for one night, it was a great experience. The only (very slight!) criticism (and this is nit-picking!) is that they need more towel hooks/rails in the bathroom. Other than that, we would say it is one the best hotels we have stayed in!

Kalkan is close to the town of Kash and has many beautiful guesthouses with good service. Getting into the town is difficult; if you're driving, definitely don't trust Gaode Maps (a Chinese navigation app)!!! This boutique hotel is abt 15mins walk to both haghia sofia and blue mosque. The buffet breakfast is a fairly spread of turkish delicacies. We chose the family with double bed and 2 single beds. I guess cos of this the room is a bit cramped. Hotel provide prayer mat. The room is clean and has a nice cosy lobby and its also where breakfast is served there.

Excellent hotel! Three of us with friends stayed for a week in February-March 2025. The location is excellent - there is a tram stop nearby, which you can use to go anywhere. The main attractions of the Sultanahmet area are within walking distance. Breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is delicious - home-style.
