Very centrally located. Waterfront hotel. No breakfast. Very basic room but very well priced.

This place is in a great location but the terrace is a mess. When toy enter you are not sure you are in a hotel. We got the cheapest room and we got our monies worth. The staff were never at their place but hanging with their friends. Really simple place with no service. Rooms are ok and location great. I call it a no frills hotel.

The hotel is very close to the sea - this is a big plus. We stayed only one night, so the main thing for us was that the bed was clean, and there were no problems with this. Unfortunately, the hotel itself needs renovation, and we noticed mold in the bathroom. Suitable for a short stay, if the location is more important than the comfort and condition of the rooms.

The price and service are good. There's no on-site parking, but plenty of options nearby. The only downside is the condition of the furnishings; some renovations are needed. The hotel is right on the beach and the conditions are good. It should be noted that cars cannot enter the intersection south of the hotel. You have to go around to the road along the seaside to the north of the hotel, and then drive to the front of the hotel and park.

The sea and the beach are a minute's walk from the hotel. There is breakfast, good and fast internet.

Clean and tidy, good location, nicely decorated rooms, the kids loved it, and it's very close to the beach. I've been to Antalya many times and always feel comfortable, but the prices have really skyrocketed. Where $100 used to be worth over 500 lira, now it's 4100. Things change so much!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was well-organized and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

Not what I expected - I’m not at all sure why this hotel is listed as boutique - it isn’t. It’s rather run down - furniture etc very old - it’s in need of a makeover. This hotel is fine and enjoyable but over priced for what it is. If you are a large person it is nearly impossible to access the shower in the smaller rooms. It can be noisy and you hear the people in the rooms around you. However it is fine if you just need a place to go sleep. Do not expect a place where you can get work done.

Stayed for two weeks here. Rooms are new, spacious and pretty. Staff is friendly. Special thanks to Hüdai, helped with everything! There are bars around, noisy, so earplugs are given by hotel. In its category best option in Old City. 2 minutes walk from Marina, easy access to everything.

Beautiful little marvel of a hotel in the Old Town Absolutely fabulous place with lovely staff, great breakfast, perfect Old Town location and an impressive attention to detail. The only downside unfortunately is the loud music from the next door bar/club, so bring earplugs if you like a full night sleep.

We spent three nights here and would stay here again if we return to the area. We had breakfast, lunch and dinners here. All the food was amazing, especially the five course dinners. The location is out of the way, but that’s part of the appeal. Be sure to shower in the afternoon or evening, because they use solar water heaters.

We have just spent 3 magical days at The M&M. The Hotel is a gem. Beautiful location and a really special team making you feel at home. The pool area is perfect with great areas to relax under olive trees or in an alcove beautifully decorated. Every part of the hotel has charm and thought put into it. This little gem of a hotel proved to be our saviour due to the original accommodation we had booked being less than acceptable standard - the staff were extremely accommodating and flexible and the rooms were fabulous! The pics really don’t do it justice would highly recommend!
