Best Hotels in Turkey

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive years and everything has been perfect. It will be our first choice again next year. The staff communication, the food, the room comfort, etc. are exceptionally good.

The hotel's location, dining options, and cleanliness are all excellent.

Nothing to complain all ok , Suggestion for families with kids . Food variety good enough .

The beach restaurant, which serves à la carte meals, changed its menu that same day – a big plus, it offers more variety. Gözleme and delicious Turkish flatbreads were baked in the gazebo on the way to the beach

The service has also improved – the staff is friendlier and better at their jobs, in my opinion. Since the weather was fine all week, we spent the days by the sea. The pier was dismantled only on November 17th

We stayed at this hotel last year, also in mid-November. Back then, we had mixed feelings about the hotel. This year, everything was much better. The outdoor pool was well-heated

Entertainment in the evening could be improved, it was either a super loud DJ or very laid back bar with almost zero music/vibe. Gym was great, and the dessert patisserie and coffee shops were also very good

The buffet was good but I totally recommend the à la cartes. The resort itself was very well kept and looked beautiful. It’s very green, clean and modern. You will never be bored walking around

The hotel was great, we had a spacious room with small garden area. Food options at the main restaurant were good, but it has a bit more of a canteen vibe than restaurant in the evenings

There are a few restaurants of different cuisines: asian, mexican, turkish, italian, fish restaurant, 24h one — everything you could ask for and more! Rooms are always cleaned, the staff is so caring and friendly

The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home , from plush bedding to stocked minibars and amazing sea views. The food is simply exceptional

Honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in, amazing hotel, you don’t need to leave, it really has everything you need,we got a free upgrade to the swim up rooms just because we asked,it was end of season but so worth the ask ! The only downside is that they need to heat the swim up pools, ridiculously cold , if I’d of paid full amount I’d of been a bit annoyed. The food got repetitive after a while but was still good

The guy who was on Guest Relations desk, was unbelievably rude! Half way through us booking a Cabana Bed (which was very good) just walked off to serve other guests! Another member of staff asked if we were being looked after, so continued our booking

(If you’re after a full English breakfast, this might not be for you — but for those who love trying new flavours, it’s perfect!) We had a small mix-up with our restaurant booking on the final night, but chef Salih Duman and the Lalezar team went above and beyond to fit us in

Loved it!!! Went in end of October so was warm but with a breeze. We stayed at lake house suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was brilliant, kids loved it

Everything was good, but not in winter. There was nothing to do at the hotel. You have to try it in high season.

Entertainment and activities were a highlight! There was something for everyone; live shows, music, sports, and a great kids’ program. The pools and beach area were fantastic, with plenty of loungers and clean facilities

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

The new extra pier area added in 2025 brings you calming, relaxed and warm experiences with a full bar and DJ performances at set times during the day. Summer break and winter chill made us want to go back for more

The food was exceptional, plenty of variety at the buffet and à la carte restaurants, catering to all tastes. The quality and freshness were impressive, and the staff ensured everything was well presented

Overall, Swandor Topkapi Palace is perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant holiday in Antalya. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

There's always a great selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner, and good quality food too. There are so many restaurants to choose from as you can eat on the family side also

The round-trip fare is about 2500 lira, not cheap, but very safe and with excellent service. Overall, Kas felt more like a European town, relaxing and photogenic

The room was spotlessly clean and had a fully stocked mini bar, which is replaced daily. We woke up in the morning to a breathtaking view of the mountains. At Breakfast, I chose to eat outside and omg what a view

Here had a small selection of meals, I had the club sandwich, which I couldn't recommend enough. We went to our room, which was facing the gardens of the hotel

But the absolute highlight for me was the entertainment team. They put in so much effort every single day to keep everyone happy and having fun, from games and activities during the day to the brilliant shows at night

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere

The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7

The guy could find us on the system but still said we needed a voucher, in the end he said we must come back and speak to reception and see our TUI rep tomorrow morning, it took for ages and by which point we missed dinner and were offered a cheese sandwich instead - really not the greatest of starts or welcome we’d been expecting

Very easy to get to Kusadasi which was €7 in a taxi and less than 10 mins away - we tried the Dolmus bus but never again we were squeezed in and it’s very hilly to get to town so we’re getting thrown all over - I’d much rather a taxi! There are very few English, lots from Poland, Germany and Belgium

The one of my best experience in Antalya, the service is so great, food variety was good but they can do better with the food quality and taste, but my experience was more than good, the guest’s relation was so helpful and polite, definitely considering back to Kremlin Palace in my next visit to Antalya

We stayed at the hotel for the 2025–2026 New Year’s Eve and had a very pleasant experience overall. Despite how busy the night was, everything seemed well organized and the staff were attentive throughout the evening

Good food and all you need there. Right at the beach, many bars, restaurants and pools. The gym is great, enough there to keep the pump. And all the workers are sooo kind and give a real home feeling

We had a fantastic time in Kremlin Palace Hotel. The resort has everything you need for your holiday. Private beach is 500 mtrs away. Service and food are awesome 👌. Local markets for shopping couple of miles away

It is a very good hotel with a spa and heated pool. The food is super and lot to choose. This is our twelfth visit in Antalya all inclusive and ultra all inclusive hotel and it is a good choice.

There is so much to like about this hotel. The staff are so friendly & want you to have the best holiday. For example, waiters knowing your drinks & having them brought to your table as you sit down

The location was beautiful and the food was lovely, although not quite 10/10. But for us the staff really made the experience amazing

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

We were very lucky to have our room upgraded and it was superb! The cleaning staff were brilliant and the rooms were cleaned/bedding changed/minibar restocked daily

We loved this hotel, and the people who ran it. We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25. The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied

Pretty good food, rooms are all clean and kept well. Has a long & sand beach with watersports attractions, some livs music before and after the dinner and of course a lot of entertainmsnt for kids

One of the best vecations my family had in life, very nice food, a lot of activities, great animations, parties and evening shows. We stayed there for 10 days and it was a paradise

Attendants are lazy, only 2 days and 5 reminders, replaced in the bathtub a flashing light bulb. Often forgot, when you change towels, put a towel for the feet. The kitchen is good and varied, for every taste.

Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*. - no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate)

- the restaurant workers needed to set the tables but it was never done and we had to run around looking for forks and knives

As a couple with older children this is by far the best room option that we’ve had for a holiday stay. Very occasional issue with towels/cleaning but remedied quickly on request

The hotels property is amazing ,kids club is amazing with plenty to do for the kids. The rooms are cleaned every day and water filled up. The food was Okai ,pretty basic and tasteless

Definitely not good for picky eaters but definitely not 5*. Kids buffet was terrible to ,same food there every day. Potato mouse was from powder mix not real potatos and the soups the same

The staff was very friendly but people who was sitting at the guest relation was kinda annoyed if we asked something or some didn’t even speak English. Other thing I would like to see outdoors playground for kids

This hotel is most for Russian tourists everything was in Russian even music was ,fine by me but I would prefer also something in English when you are relaxing by the pool

Food is the same every day, very small choice of fruits. At dinner you get previous lunch food just in sauce. They didnt wash or clean floor in rooms for full week, just change towels and make up bed

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

While returning home, you feel that you are bringing back not just a piece of sunshine, but also memories of meeting wonderful, kind-hearted people. I think we might have to come back again

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

For a 4 star hotel, the service was good. The animation was a bit weak and the alcohol was bad but the price-performance ratio was great.

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Mert the bell boy who I was so happy to reunite with on our second visit was great too!
