Amazing hospitality and a truly pleasant and healing stay at the Gamirasu Cave Hotel. The owner and every team member were incredibly helpful, making my family and me feel welcome from start to finish. Clean rooms, great service, and warm hospitality. Special mention to Ms Tuga, Mr. Yakup and Hasim. Mustafas and the entire staff. The breakfast was a beautiful laid traditional Turkish one. Visit to the towns of Urgup, Avanos and Göreme with beautiful cafes and restaurants. Hot air balloon was a magical experience one that no one should miss .

We stayed here on a tour but I would go back again if we were just travelling as a couple. The bedrooms were stunning tucked into caves with traditional furniture, heaps of space and the most stunning bathrooms. We stayed in September and it was a perfect temperature inside our room without using the heat pump and having a high window open. The food was absolutely delicious with a buffet style breakfast and a set menu dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the owners were also. We loved every moment of our stay & would recommend it.

In this special hotel for my mother’s birthday. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the fairytale atmosphere and the staff’s kindness. We ended up having dinner here every night since the food is high-quality and the products are local! The suite is clean and huge. It’s aesthetically pleasing too! Ho passato tre notti

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! Akin yakup and Burhan went above and beyond to make our stay truly special — they are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about every guest’s experience. Their hospitality made us feel like kings and queens. The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with a unique charm you won’t find anywhere else in the world. The design blends old-school cave architecture with modern comfort — a perfect balance of authenticity and luxury. Staying here is more than just a night at a hotel — it’s an experience of a lifetime. If you’re looking for something truly unique and unforgettable, this is a must-visit place. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of my group tour. I felt like I had a very Cappadocian experience. The staff were friendly & helpful. My room was clean and a decent size. My bed had clean linens & I slept comfortably. The bathroom had decent warm water & pressure. The set dinner menu was acceptable. The breakfast menu was adequate. Some people find any trivial thing to moan about but to me, overall, I had a comfortable stay.

We very much enjoyed this hotel. It is in a small village away from the super busy tourist areas of Goreme. The hotel is very cool and has many peaceful patios to relax. The staff is excellent and the service is superb. We will visit again. I also suggest allowing the hotel to arrange your plans in the area. The guide was excellent and made the visit much more interesting. They also helped us with airport transportation.

Breakfast was nice. We liked the lovely fresh hot paneer that the ladies made and the freshly prepared eggs. There was a large assortment of items to choose from on the buffet. Also our waiter Hakan was very friendly and gave us excellent service. The hotel is located in a very remote tiny village, Ayvali, very far from everything. There were no other restaurants available to us other than the hotel. There were a couple of restaurants in the village, but they were closed. We would have preferred staying close to the main attractions in Goerme that offered many restaurant choices, views of the fairy chimneys and the hot air balloons as they fly. The room we were originally given was large, but very dark, much different than it appears online. They did give us another room that had more light, but it was dusty and the bathroom tub and sink were dirty. Most importantly much of the facility and furnishing are in poor condition and need updating. The pillows and carpets look like they have not been cleaned in years. It would appear that the photos online are not current. The hotel pool looked lovely, but it is not heated so we weren't able to use it. The hotel arranged a private transfer from the airport charging 90 euros and picked us up in an old beat up van which we thought was outrageous. We decided to book the return transfer ourselves and when we canceled the one the hotel had arranged to return to the airport for us Akin, the manager on duty was extremely rude and tried to intimidate me by saying that "they could not take responsibility if the transfer did not show up." The tone he used when speaking to me was very disrespectful. Franky I was shocked. Several days before our arrival to the hotel I was contacted by Burhan one of the managers to arrange a hot air balloon experience. I told him that I had already made arrangements. He continued to pressure me to change my booked reservation for several days and also upon arrival. It was obvious that the hotel must get some sort of kick back from the company they use, He even said that the hotel could not take responsibility if we were dissatisfied with the service that we booked again trying to manipulate me into changing.

İşte yorumunuzun İngilizce çevirisi: We had a very comfortable 3 days holiday. We are very grateful to Mr. Burhan for personally taking care of every aspect of our stay and for checking with us every day to ensure our comfort. The hotel’s view is amazing… You must visit the church where the original frescoes are still preserved. Our room was simply incredible – it had a Turkish bath, a fireplace, and a jacuzzi… The staff and waiters were very friendly. We had a wonderful accommodation experience.

We just spent a couple of nights in this special hotel as part of Fez Travels Fire of Anatolia tour. The hotel is reached up a track from a very small rural village which had one restaurant. This did not appear to be open during our stay. The rooms/caves are very clean and each one is uniquely furnished. Beds are comfortable with pretty linens. The hotel is built into the side of a hill with lots of interesting places to sit and eat in warmer times of the year and has a lovely small pool. Lots of steep steps so if you are not so comfortable with this request a room on a lower level. Breakfast’s is a high quality cold buffet with a few hot dishes and eggs cooked to order. Our tour included a prix fixe dinner but the restaurant also has an a la carte menu and full bar. The reason for the four star and not five star rating is problems with the internet connection in the rooms which many people seem to be experiencing.
