Utopia Cave Cappadocia in Uerguep

We spent two nights in this beautiful cave hotel in Ürgüb. Located just a short 10min drive from Göreme. The room was beautiful and had a unique and authentic feel. The hotel offered a variety of facilities including a small but convenient gym and a full spa with pool, sauna (dry and steam), Turkish bath etc. There are a number of communal areas and terraces which offer spectacular views of the beautiful mountainous surroundings. Lastly, the staff were delightful and always ready to help. The WhatsApp service made it easy to communicate with the reception staff and they were available 24hrs a day. Overall a very pleasant experience and would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful hotel right outside the main city of Goreme, but still close enough to travel to with ease. Every room looks stunning and gives you a true cave experience. The complimentary breakfast is amazing and they also have a cafe bar on site that’s open late night. The spa is open everyday at no additional cost to use the pool, sauna, steam room and fitness center which was delightful after full days of exploring Cappadocia (massages and extra services are at an additional cost). The staff are extremely nice and super helpful in anything you may need. A special shoutout to miss Karolin who was exceptionally helpful in setting up tours and transfers during my trip, as well as making sure the room we stayed in was to our liking. Miss Karolin also went out of her way to make my mom’s birthday special and getting her a cake, which was super kind of her. The attention to detail this hotel offers is like no other. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and our bathroom floors were heated which offered a nice touch during the cold days. There’s a small center with plenty of shopping and restaurants only a short 8 minute walk away which was super convenient. I highly recommend Utopia Cave during your stay in Cappadocia, you won’t regret it.

this hotel is definitely unforgettable! there are lots of stairs to get to the rooms, so i can say it’s not disabled-friendly. luckily our luggages were brought to our room by the help of the staffs. the room floor was naturally very hot.

buffets were good and interesting. night lights were not much but the view was really nice. there were lots of cats and the staff said i can bring them home haha >

Great Hotel, Nice Atmosphere
I have to say, Its not easy to stay at Utopia Cave hotel. Well, Its a Cave hotel, to find the room you have to pass from many Labirent:))) This is true but It is so enjoyable place, So relax, So Hospitable and real comfort.
Breakfast and dinner, Taste is still in your mouth few days later. They are so tasty.
Easy to reach Urgup - Goreme and many other historical sites. Village is so lovely, Baloons will pass over Breakfast, If you are lucky:))
Top Terracehas great view in the morning. We did get our tea and drink there with the sunshine. It was great.

Utopia Cave Cappadocia – A Truly Unforgettable Stay
From the moment we arrived at Utopia Cave Cappadocia, we knew we were in for something special. The reception team welcomed us warmly, checked us in swiftly, and even guided us through the hotel, pointing out the spa, café and restaurant with genuine care.

Our room surpassed expectations: spacious, immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity we needed. We especially appreciated the large balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape, the beautifully styled washroom and the comfortable bed. They also thoughtfully provided a cot for our baby, which made our stay that much more stress-free.

The location is simply breathtaking—situated so you’re surrounded by spectacular views on every side. Whether it was the mountains, the valley or the town below, each glance out the window felt like a scene you’d want to capture.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every staff member we met was incredibly helpful and attentive. Chef Mariam and Karolin Beda went above and beyond in arranging baby-friendly meals; Recep­tionists Ulgen and Burak helped us order in-house dining and gave spot-on suggestions that turned out to be delicious. Mensure kindly accommodated a later check-out for us, and Ahmet took care of our luggage with such ease and professionalism. Honestly, everyone from front desk to restaurant to service staff made us feel looked after and valued.

Without a doubt, we’ll return to Utopia Cave Cappadocia—not only for the stunning hotel and views, but to reconnect with the wonderful team who made our stay so memorable. Thank you for everything… we’ll be back soon!

Great Hotel. Very nice and comfortable rooms. Very friendly hosts as well. Loved the view and love the cafe on the 1st floor. They also had the best Nargile.

Gym options, indoor pool, Turkish Hamam were all present but paid for services

There is bad smell in the room
U feel u r alone, i.e. u do not want to request any thing from the housekeeping or the reception
Because thier English is limited so much
They did not give me my double bed
We had to use 2single beds which were brought close together in a non professional way.
Otherwise the hotel has a very high potential to attract residents.

It is an absolutely Beautiful hotel, Great reception, the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was simply delicious. Best stay I have had in Cappadocia.

Everything was great.stuff were kind and caring. It exceeded our expectations,the location was perfect for visiting the region by car.the room are clean and everything are great…we really enjoyed our stay
