They do not sell alcohol so allowed us to bring our own wine to the pool and provided us with ice and glasses

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't even let us use the rooftop for photos during the day, even when it wasn't raining, and they didn't provide any blankets.

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast

We had the Blue Pool Suite which was amazing. Couple of things to improve it would be a floor squeechy for Pool overspill (I actually did swimming lengths). Maybe a table in room to sit and chill

Good location with restaurants and BIM supermarket nearby 2. Helpful front desk staff who help with last minute requests too. Large terrace from where balloons can be watched (on days when own flight not scheduled) 5

Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops

The room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. They served you many options of food for breakfast

The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring

There are also adorable dogs at the hotel, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The pool couldn’t be used for swimming, but it had water, and the sun loungers were perfect for relaxing with a view of the mountains

In addition, the breakfasts were rather modest and the swimming pool was in poor condition, appearing to be completely neglected

But the view of the hot air balloons and the valley more than made up for it — absolutely stunning! The owner provided me with a map of valley routes, offered coffee, and shared information about various tourist services — for which I am very grateful

I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality at Kufe Hotel Cappadocia. The owner welcomed me warmly and even allowed an early check-in, which was incredibly nice after a night flight and a long drive from the airport

The room was beautiful and spacious, although a bit of plaster had peeled from the ceiling, and there was no air conditioning — a minor discomfort with temperatures around 25–28 °C

The facilities were really poor; most things were rickety, including the toilet seat and power outlets. The surroundings were nice, but there was no air conditioning. The front desk staff's attitude was okay.

I’ve been to Göreme several times, and this is the hotel with the friendliest service in my experience. The room was comfortable and clean, and both the interior and exterior of the hotel were very pleasant

It's hard to write recommendations that stand out, but the Service and the genuine kindness and helpfulness of all the staff make Goreme Reva a really amazing place to stay. They organise everything and keep you informed

Best hotel we have stayed at on our European trip. The location is fantastic as it's a 3-5 minute walk into the hub (which would be too noisy to stay in). Bed was super comfy but breakfast make it worthwhile getting up

Unfortunately, I do not know their names, but the receptionist on the day shift was a polite and professional young man. I will probably come to this hotel again in a more suitable season

I have stayed at Nilya hotel a couple times now and I plan to stay there again soon. It is my favorite place to stay when I’m in the Selcuk/Ephesus area. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in this area.

We came in late, the manager was very understanding. The room was actually carved out of bedrock. A little musty but thats because your in a cave. Breakfast was great but nothing compared by the view!

The only thing you should know is this hotel is located uphill but only like 5-7mins walk. For improvement, it would be a nice touch if breakfast menu change from day to day

It was a very reasonable and nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and it was very convenient as it was close to the downtown area. There was no hair conditioner, so I recommend bringing your own if you need it.

A very unique experience to live in a place like a cave. This is something that can only be experienced in Cappadocia. Goreme is good except for the ATV of a certain travel agency.

Not only we stayed in a hotel that people take a lot picture of, it was at the same time quietly tucked in a little corner. It's close to the busy streets and the viewpoint, yet quiet enough to enjoy your privacy

They are never on your face but they are always doing something to make your stay perfect. You come back to a very, very clean room everyday and you eat at an impeccably clean breakfast room

We checked in early and Han was so friendly, kind, respectful and extremely hospitable. We booked a room without a view without knowing and he upgraded us to the best. This was in December winter time

He turned our heater on so it was warm for us. The room was extremely clean, the bed was comfy and the view of the town was amazing. Not all cave hotels there have a view of the town

The breakfast offers a variety of options, and they also cook other fresh/hot dishes, so be ready to say no when they keep bringing more food! In addition, the view from the hotel is the best, where you can watch the balloons and take beautiful photos

Our stay from December 16th for three nights was an amazing experience. The cave rooms were wonderful, and we were pleasantly surprised on the second day by a heavy snowfall that lasted from morning to afternoon

Apart from that, everything was satisfactory, and it was an overall excellent experience; we will definitely return to met our Fluffy again

Absolutely Amazing hotel, with the most phenominal views of Cappadocia where you have the famous hotair balloons rising in the morning just outside the front door of your room! The staff were also absolutely incredibly world class from the moment we checked in till the minute we left and every second in between

The service was terrible, absolutely appalling! They threw away my medicine and when I asked them to retrieve it, they lied and said they threw it in the outside trash can

I finally just used a clean towel to pick them up and place them outside my door myself. Lastly, the bathroom had a musty smell (I think from the pipes) that seeps into the bedroom

I had to rummage through the trash can before they finally found it in the hotel's garbage bags and returned it to me! The promised Turkish bath was nowhere to be found, a complete lie

The property offers stunning balloon views from the terrace, restaurant area, and outdoor spaces — truly a highlight! The breakfast was excellent and beautifully presented
