I would not recommend anyone use trip.com or Cappadocia caves hotel. We booked a holiday for my 4 year old daughter's birthday in Turkiye. Due to the war in Iran, we were unable to fly as Ethiad airways canceled flight and provided a full refund due to safety reasons. I provided cancelation document to both trip.com and Cappadocia cave hotel, requesting a refund but this was denied. How could we get to the hotel, if we could not get into the country.

It is important to note that all other hotels booked in Turkiye provided full refunds by the hotel and ***********

The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't even let us use the rooftop for photos during the day, even when it wasn't raining, and they didn't provide any blankets.

Not worth the price paid for it. Small room, musty moldy smell, but I guess that’s what staying in a “cave” room is supposed to be like? Other things that were surprising was dirt falling from the ceiling so if you don’t mind sleeping and waking up with that on your mattress and sometimes on your face than ok. Not much of an experience. Regular room without “cave” environment probably better.

We are here for 3 night stay. First night we uncounted the jazucci was not working well, metal ring fall out. The toilet roll holder also fall off.
The bed frame a bit funny, we can knock on bed frame if we not watching and it cause hurt.
After feedback, they fix the defect.
The breakfast not bad, variety of food.
The room is not that big 3 of us squeeze in one king bed.
Well the location is near town and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Caves Hotel. The staff were outstanding. They couldn't do enough to enhance our stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Lunch box provided at a moment notice as we left a little before breakfast. We had the Blue Pool Suite which was amazing. Couple of things to improve it would be a floor squeechy for Pool overspill (I actually did swimming lengths). Maybe a table in room to sit and chill. Comfy chairs provided but a table would be good. Warm throughout our stay and king circular bed was fantastic. Decor was in keeping and fridge, dressing table in room. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Cappadocia with morning breakfast at roof top that can see a magnificent view of balloon sea during morning sunrise. Good staff support and have all essential amenities, and could arrange various local tours. Close to many shops and restaurants.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
