Cappadocia Inn Cave Hotel in Goereme

We stayed here 3 nights.

Pros: Great location & walking distance to most things. Very responsive on WhatsApp & breakfast was good! There are tables outside with nice view too. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable.

Cons: Bathroom smelled like mildew and I think I got mold poisoning. Woke up the first morning with a very sore throat and extreme sinus congestion. This wouldn’t be surprising because water got everywhere after each shower so it makes sense there would be mold. Also we booked a transfer to the airport and were told it would be a direct transfer. We paid 40 euros for this and it was not direct. It stopped 4 times and took almost two hours to arrive at the airport. Breakfast did not start until 8:30am which is pretty late considering many tours start early and we wanted to go explore but needed to eat.

Overall I probably would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but for $115 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

The bedsheet was slightly stained and there was long hair lying around on the bed. Great location for Balloon viewing but prepare yourself to walk up a steep slope when heading out to nearby places. Service was great except, I was charged for the honeymoon deco and mentioned a fruit basket will be provided. But it wasn't provided.
