reception personel so frindly an The reservation staff was very friendly and respectful and helped us with the best possible room. The hotel location was good and convenient. Unfortunately, because there were few passengers and the weather was cold, they did not have any plans for the night. We got a little bored inside the hotel. Overall, I would like to thank the esteemed staff. Unfortunately, I do not know their names, but the receptionist on the day shift was a polite and professional young man. Thank you. I will probably come to this hotel again in a more suitable season. However, I expect the hotel to plan an entertainment program for the passengers at night or at least serve tea by the fire in the open air.

Great location, it's up on a hill so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The climb up can be a bit tiring though.

Staying at Travelers Cave Hotel was such a beautiful experience. The cave room was cozy, clean, and full of character — exactly like the pictures, maybe even better. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. It truly felt like home, just with a better view 😄 I’d 100% stay here again next time I come to Cappadocia!

A pleasant stay for 3 days 2 nights. The hotel helped to book for transport pick up from airport and hot air balloon. Lovely vibe with stunning view because located at the highest point. Very near to walk down to the street. Highly recommended!

This cave hotel with its own jacuzzi bathtub offered a luxurious triple room that felt truly ancient and castle-like. Being a cave hotel, it lacked sunlight and had a slightly damp, cool feeling. However, the location is excellent, making it convenient to go out for dinner, and you can even head to the sunset viewpoint in the evening. The only downside is that all the rooms are built into the hillside, so there's no elevator, and you have to lug your luggage up to your room yourself.

Pros:
1. The hotel's view is unbeatable. You can enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and hot air balloons right from the hotel terrace.
2. The breakfast is quite rich.

Cons:
1. Due to its high elevation, getting in and out of the hotel involves climbing many slopes, which can be a bit tiring and inconvenient. It's about 700 meters to the town at the foot of the hill.
2. It's a very rustic cave hotel, so be prepared for a dark and somewhat small interior space. The cleanliness was just average; on our first day, the sink was all wet.

No complaints. The room had a partial view to see the balloons in the morning, and even without they have a terrace with an excellent vantage point

Location is good and not v good at the same time. Good in terms of the view, not so good because it's way up at the up and you have to walk up the slopes from the town. The main staffs were friendly and helpful, but not so much with the night shift staff. Wasn't helpful when we found dead bugs under the blanket. Handed us new blanket and pillows and expected us to put in on ourselves.
Main staff and manager were nice enough to offer compensation, better cleaning, free washing service and complimentary birthday cake and wine.

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
