A welcoming and family-friendly place, close to the center of Urgup (5 min) and within easy reach of Cappadocia's most beautiful attractions. All the rooms are unique (some are actually caves!), and the host is very kind and will accommodate your needs, helping you explore Cappadocia. The breakfast is delicious! Marcus - the cat is amazing! Highly recommended!

It was an amazing authentic experience living in a cave. The host is very nice and friendly! Beware of crumbs from the ceiling, because you are in a cave! You even do not need to spend money to visit underground cities (we visited one) :)
Breakfast was not much varied, but with quite right amount of savory options and some sweets and was very tasty because it's homemade. Don't hesitate to ask for Turkish coffee to prepare for you.
We were in King Suite and it has no windows - but for winter times it was just what's needed to accumulate a warm from heaters.

Jacuzzy in King Suite is quite nice, but unfortunately it has the space for almost one person.

What really made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. Hakan, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. He is attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you need. From organizing tours and airport transfers to recommending the best local restaurants, he made everything effortless for us. You can tell he genuinely cares about each guest’s experience.

This hotel is very beautiful and the room was excellent. We only stayed there one night in a family room with one queen bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom was great and shower was warm even with 4 people each taking a long shower. You definitely need a car to get to this hotel at it's far from the city center. We enjoyed that it was far from the city. The hotel has a beautiful roof top with comfortable seating. There was tea and coffee in the lobby all the time. There is a resident cute dog named Linda that lives in the hotel. She was the highlight of our trip as she was so cute. I gave this hotel a 4 star for the following: (1) I had booked the hotel through Capital One Travel for 4 people including breakfast. I contacted the hotel 3 weeks before arrival and they told me my reservation is for 3 people with no breakfast and they wanted an extra 20 Euros. I called Capital One Travel as my reservation was non refundable. Capital One Travel called the hotel and then I got contacted by the hotel saying that they will give us the family room for 4 people with no extra charge. This is exactly what I had booked so I'm not sure why they said my reservation was for 3 people and I needed to pay more (2) there were some rotten whole fruits at the breakfast. For a country where fruit is plenty and cheap, I'm surprised the hotel would serve rotten fruit to their guests. (3) the Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting and we had to ask the hotel to reset the modem. But this is a remote area of Turkey so maybe that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, we had a great time in the area and we enjoyed our cave room. We will stay in this hotel again.

It was a nice place. The staff were very friendly and helpful also speak english.
