I had a wonderful two-night stay at Risus Cave Suites in Göreme. The cave-style rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.

The location is perfect with easy access to all the activities and attractions around the city. Breakfast was also delicious with a lovely view. A special thanks to Hakan, who helped us a lot during our stay and made everything easier for us. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and memorable stay!

Amazing location , you should definitely check this property its in the city gerome you can explore the market by walking , lovely view with a terrace and most importantly amazing hospitality, Ali was really supportive with us he guide us through and book the ballon ride for us cheers to him

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is excellent. It’s a little uphill but that just makes the view from the terrace spectacular. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The service was impeccable. Hakan at reception made our check-in process incredibly smooth. Even after check-out, they kindly allowed us to store our luggage safely, as we were leaving Cappadocia later in the evening. The breakfast they offered was versatile and very fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone without a second thought.

Our room for the 3 of us was very big with 2 twins and 1 double bed and a sitting area. Large bathroom with shower. Lots of natural light during the day and quiet at night. Lovely room with tasteful decor and great beds. Exceptional staff who arranged all the tours we wanted to do and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend 🇨🇦

The hotel was located in a lively area with entertainment and music from other cave hotels. Breakfast is included which is mostly Turkish but good. The road is wider than other hotel roads we passed by.
However, if you have accessibility issues, it is not for you. We stayed at room 303, facing the street. There are 3 steps going down into the room. There are 4 steps going to the bathroom, unusual set up. There may be a tendency to trip if you are not careful. Overall, the hotel was good and the staff are professional. Wifi is a bit spotty at times. The cave hotel does not play loud music versus the other nearby. Thus, this is good for you if you are a light sleeper.

Risus Cave Suites did an outstanding job of getting us in early and allowing us to leave our luggage. They went above what is expected from your normal hotel staff. They also arranged for our daily activities which were outstanding. I highly recommend this place to stay. I will also mention that your up a hill so your view is amazing and yet only a 5 minute walk to the center of town.the staff were friendly and polite.

I got their WhatsApp number and was from there that I made everything. My arrival time would be 2am, so the hotel arranged the shuttle, which was there on time… checked in around 3am, next day I went to talk with the guy in the reception to know about the balloon ride and everything, and for my surprise the manager started with a “ I am very disappointed with you, for you check in 3am…” I was in doubt about that behavior but he said that I never informed about check in 3am, that I was lucky to be able to have a room at that time. When I asked him what I was supposed to do from 3am to 3pm, which is the check in time, he said that wasn’t his problem… so I believe that was a misunderstanding between us when I said about the number of nights that I would stay there, and for sure when I mentioned that i was arriving 3am at the hotel with the transportation that he arranged for us, that night was counting in the total that I said,… the guy, which I believe is the manager (Long hair) was never friendly, rude and arrogant. I had booked the balloon and still 2 more nights at the hotel, and after walked a bit in the town I realized that his price for the balloon wasn’t the best as he was saying, so when i cancelled the balloon ride, he said that I couldn’t and I should pay anyways. I asked where was this written, and again, same behavior as before… telling me that he didn’t want us at his hotel anymore, which for me was great specially after this very bad start. He told me to leave and once I left the room he would give my money, so I said no, as he was kicking me out, first my money and then I would leave. Money on my hand and heading to Carus, great staff, great hospitality and facilities. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND RISUS HOTEL. I believe that all that you are not looking for your vacation is a hotel where the staff are disrespectful and looks like you are doing a favor for them.

Risus cave suites is one of the countless cave hotels in Göreme, but one we defenitely recommend for your stay!
After booking, we were in steady contact with Haroon from the reception via WhatsApp to organize details and book a balloon ride. He did a great job at recommending and booking a tour for us.
After our arrival at 5am we were even allowed to store our luggage at the reception and could move into our room earlier than expected - huge plus! That way we could get some rest early without being forced to spend time in the village without a place to stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind, we always enjoyed a quick chat when entering or leaving the hotel.

The room and its bathroom was spacious and clean. Just bear in mind that the room is literally a cave inside a mountain, so it's a bit moist. Lighting is not a problem though.

The breakfast room is located in the top level with a beautiful view on the city and surrounding mountains. Traditional turkish food as well as scrambled eggs is served.

The favourite part of our stay is the hotel's dog Luna! She is a white Labrador-like lady, very friendly and curious and will enjoy your cuddles and strokes if you wish to do so.

Our stay was very comfortable and we recommend you to stay as well.

I like the staff. They are very polite and friendly so they help you with any information you may need.
The rooms are very clean and the location is absolutely perfect. The panoramic view is amazing even if the hotel is not too highly positioned.

The hotel has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the nice view over Goreme. The room is very clean and comfortable. Amazing staff, very hospitable and helpful with organizing a tour. I would recommend this 10/10.
