The receptionist and other staff were nice. They offered the airport transfer. It was easy to communicate through email and what’s up. Only thing is not good was WIFI. From two days, it was not stable. Also, if you used the hot tub, they do not have enough hot water to take bath.
Anyway, it was nice to stay for five nights. The location is very good.

Very good view of balloons form nice Turkish terrace with the comfortable Turkish seats, but unfortunately they smell dogs a lot. Breakfast not buffet, they bring to the table like on my photo. I took room with jacuzzi and it was a bath with a bubbles. Not really special jacuzzi. Could not take again. But rooms are very nice and the servis from the guys is just excellent! The chuaua dog is the cutest dog ever. Close to everything.

Had an unforgettable stay here! The rooms are not only beautifully designed in the authentic cave style but also very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect—quiet yet within walking distance of the town center and amazing viewpoints.
What truly made my stay exceptional were the hosts, Erol and Mücahit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from organizing tours to offering local tips and warm conversation. Their hospitality made me feel like I was staying with friends rather than in a hotel. ♥️♥️ Would definitely come back someday

A great place with beautiful views. We stayed in room 103 — beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, like a cave! Friendly staff and excellent breakfasts. Highly recommended. Just a small note: since there are dozens of hotels in a small area, Google Maps can sometimes show inaccurate locations for specific hotels. I might suggest the host include a layout map in the description.

The atmosphere is cozy and feels very much like home. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is extremely friendly and kind. The terrace offers a fantastic view, perfect for watching the hot air balloons at sunrise. The location is central, making it easy to explore the area.

Property was great. Cave rooms were fun.
Rooftop was amazing.
Breakfast was amazing.
Bathroom shower was weird.
No shower handle holder. Only a tub. Tub leaked drain water all over the floor.

The best cave suit with the best terrace the place has to offer. Staffs are very nice. Shout out to khan, its a 10 star service. Terrace has the best view for the hot air balloon. Breakfast are sumptous. Surely will be coming back soon. Keep it up👏🏻

Reasonable price, stunning rooftop view! Friendly staff and the adorable hotel dog, Melissa! The only downside was that the hotel room was consistently damp, which was uncomfortable. However, being a cave hotel, I've heard that humidity is common in other hotels as well. The breakfast was always plentiful. Highly recommended.

I stayed 4 nights in Goreme Place Cave Suite with my family and it was, by far, the best decision we could have made. The place is absolutelly wonderfull, it has an unbeatable view with amazing terraces where you could spend hours just enjoying the beautiful views. The breakfast is super complete, the rooms are very comfortable and classy, the beds feel brand new and you can tell everything is top quality. And i left the best for the last: the staff. I have travelled a lot and usually only leave comments when i had a terrible experience or an exceptional one, and in this case, happily im writing this as a small way to give a little bit back to the amazing team behind this place´s service. Erol and Orcun are just amazing hosts, super nice, friendly, with the best vibes and extremelly friendly. I am definitelly coming back to this place and will recommend it to everyone, and if you don´t believe me, just see the photos of the place, it´s impossible not to love it! Thank you very much Erol and Orcun!

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
