Absolutely amazing hotel!! Location is perfect, the rooms were super cozy with all amenities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. And the breakfast was fantastic!! I’d highly recommend staying here; their service was excellent. It was so nice that we even extended our stay for another night! Thank you for such an amazing and welcoming stay!

Very accommodating front desk staff: early check in, swimming pool use on second day even though we had checked out and had all day tour (we were waiting for a night train), gluten free bread and lactose free breakfast options, terrace from which you can watch the morning baloons, and friendly local cats. The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.

Very good location, since you are 2 minutes walking from center and all shops and restaurants. The staff super helpful and friendly, the room was great, however in the morning the housekeeping staff on the corridors a little bit to loud.
Overall experience was great in the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, quiet in a busy city. The overall style is retro and artistic, but the room decoration is old, especially the bathroom is small. The hotel breakfast is on the 3rd floor, with a good view, and good bread and fruit.

The bathroom and shower room were too small and the water splashed a lot, which was uncomfortable.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
Next time, I will stay at a different hotel.

It had a perfect design, the hotel's pool was very nice and quiet, the breakfast was very nice, the attention was very nice, it was a hotel that I was very pleased with in every aspect, I will definitely come again 😊👏

I would give more stars out of 5 if i could! The property has impeccable art sense and you can tell that as soon as you enter the lobby or head to the indoor (heated) pool area- very tasteful and artfully adorned a d designed property. There is so much of detail in every knob and nook, it just created a very immersive aura about it. The staff is super nice, super friendly, breakfast is excellent and the indoor pool is cherry on top. My trip to Cappadocia would have been incomplete without staying at Heybe

I did not stay at the hotel but enjoyed the hamam so much that I did it twice! I’d arrive early to enjoy a dip and some reading at the beautiful pool then Treatment 2 (sauna, exfoliate, soap, clay mask in the rest room, oil massage). It was a dream, unhurried luxury - very relaxing. Putu is an excellent masseuse. Don’t skip the cold water buckets!

Very Cozy Boutique Hotel great location near reto and shops. Offering great buffet breakfast and a nice view on the top terrace of mountains and balloons in the morning..

I stayed one night great hotel with great staff. Very kind and helpful. The hotel has a terrace with beautiful view of the hot air balloons early morning.

Hospitable, friendly, helpful in all areas of concern regarding tourist information. A peacful relaxing environment situated up high overlooking the most spectacular views from an open air garden. The cave rooms are inviting, cosy & characteristic of this part of Turkey

Even though we arrived after midnight, the staff welcomed us with smile and explained everything. Also they waited for us to have breakfast next morning even though we showed up late. Having a breakfast in the balcony, watching hot air balloons floating around us was spectacular! It was like another world. They offered us one day tour on a SUV and we got to visit many highlights efficiently. It is not cheap but worth the money. They can interpret if you need. When I had some clothes to dry, after washing them in my room, they kindly invited us to the rooftop and let us use their clothesline, which was super helpful. I would definitely come back!
