Highly recommended! great position, very easy to find, and close to the center where you find most of the restaurants! The rooms are cleaned and beautiful and some of them have a great terrace, where you can admire the hot air baloon flights in the early morning. Great spot! Breakfast is served in a great terrace with a view, and it s good, with fresh omelette/eggs options made express on the moment! But what really makes the difference is the staff. Sergio, the owner is one of the best person in hospitality ever met, always available, very kind, gave us many suggestions and tips about the area and more, he really went beyond expectations. And all the staff is great, Kadriye is a great receptionist, the night porter too, and the cleaning girls are great! Thanks to you all!

It was an extraordinary experience and the host, Sergio is a very special guy who helps you with every info that you need. He helped us purchase the tickets for the hot air balloon ride and choosing the restauraunts and shops for souvenirs. The hot air balloon ride was fantastic and the booking at the Pashahan Hotel was the best choice.

Our host, Sergio, was absolutely fantastic, he welcomed us with such warmth that we felt like part of his family. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We stayed in the deluxe room with a balcony, which was the perfect spot to watch the hot air balloons drift by in the morning, a truly magical and peaceful way to start the day.

Booking services, cleanliness, good quiet location, well managed, and above all, a caring and responsive host. Sergio manages this place well and ensures his clients are perfectly satisfied with the place and services. Very satisfied with his arrangements for airport shuttle pickup, air balloon flights, red and green valley day tour. All done at a fair price, and significantly better than what I managed to get on online platforms. The cave restaurant recommendations were spot on too. The Pashahan hotel is an incredible hotel. With the most amazing team that I met along my travels. The hotel itself was always clean and inviting. If I ever return to Cappadocia, I will be staying here again and I recommend to anyone looking to stay.

Facilities: So-so, rooms are a bit small.
Environment: A bit far from the station, there's a big uphill climb to get to the hotel entrance.
Service: Terrible! You can't eat anything in the room, including cookies! You can't wash anything in the room, including underwear! You must turn off the air conditioning when you leave!

Our three nights at Pashahan Hotel were fabulous! We were greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff, who offered us refreshments and made us feel welcome. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The air conditioning kept the room cool, and there was access to the garden on the basement level, with a key to lock the garden door. We met Sergio at breakfast the following day. He was very charming and welcoming. The breakfast roof terrace was particularly charming, with great views of the landscape and town. Breakfast was also very comprehensive, and the cook offered fresh eggs, fried and scrambled. I would thoroughly recommend Pashahan Hotel to anyone coming to stay in Göreme!

Our trip to Cappadocia was truly unforgettable. My fiancée and I had an amazing time, and for me, this journey was especially meaningful — it was here that I made the most important proposal of my life and fulfilled a long-held dream of visiting this extraordinary place. From the very beginning, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality, largely thanks to meeting Sergio. His friendliness, sense of humor, and willingness to help made our stay in Cappadocia truly special. I am certain we found a real friend in him. The hotel exceeded all expectations: perfect location, clean and modern rooms, well-kept grounds, delicious breakfasts, and a responsive team. Every detail here is designed with guests’ comfort in mind. Our time in Cappadocia flew by. We enjoyed walks through scenic valleys, immersed ourselves in the unique atmosphere of the region, and, of course, witnessed the breathtaking sight of hundreds of hot air balloons rising into the sky at once — an unforgettable experience that will stay with us for a lifetime.
