Everything was great, from the location to the rooms and the workers. They were super friendly and helpful. They helped organize trips for us and gave us amazing advice on where to go and when. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We had a great time with the help of the lovely staff and great services. The breakfast was also amazing and on one of the days when it was just us staying they offered to change the timing according to us. I will definitely be going back if I plan of going back to Ürgüp//capadoccia.

This is a great hotel for convenience and ease of access to Urgup.
The staff were particularly helpful with problem solving.
The breakfast was good and the view over the town was excellent.
Rooms were very quiet and very dark 👍

This area already has an amazing rating for good reason. Staff was SUPER helpful, giving us a free upgrade and kept breakfast open late because we over slept. Recommended an amazing place (ihlara) that I throughly enjoyed, even a spot to watch the hot air balloons. That’s about the service (5/5). The location too was next to many amazing restaurants (had some fire lamb chops) and is pretty easy to get to. It’s near a cliff so we got a pretty nice view with lots of wind and all. Really enjoyed this. Rooms were also pretty cool n cozy. Got pretty cold w the ac or alternatively if u don’t like it cold u could turn the ac off ofc.

We had been there in the 1st week of October.. great place to stay. Cozy, warm, neat place. Had an amazing view from the terrace 👌🏻 The room & bathroom was very clean and well maintained. The guy at reception was helpful. He did not know English but we communicated using Google translator.

Everything was generally close to perfect. Getting in and out was a challenge, but so was getting out. (This is due to the hotel's location in an older settlement.) The hotel doesn't have a parking garage due to its location. You park your car near the hotel. If you arrive late, finding a spot can be quite difficult. The room was generally clean and comfortable. We stayed in a room with columns, and the ventilation was a bit inadequate. There was no air conditioning, so the room was a bit chilly.

The owner is one of the most helpful, attentive, and kindest owners I've seen in a long time. He was quick to assist with any arrangements, including airport transfers, hot air balloon flights, and more. The rooms were adequately warm and well-kept considering the cold weather in the city (and the shower water was similar).

Kayadibi Cave Hotel is a wonderful place. I went there a few days ago. The owner is very friendly and was very helpful to my family. The view is perfect; it offers a view of the entire Cappadocia. The kitchen is very clean, and the food was very delicious. It's a quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing. Even though it was very hot in the summer, the rooms were cool because they are caves. I heard it is warm in winter. We will come again in winter. Thanks for everything. Kayadibi Cave Hotel harika bir yer. Buraya birkaç gün önce gittim. Sahibi çok arkadaş canlısı ve aileme çok yardımcı oldu. Manzarası mükemmel. Tüm kapadokyayı görebileceğim bir manzaraya sahipti. Mutfağı çok temiz. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Sessiz, sakin tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Yazın çok sıcak olmasına rağmen odalar mağara olduğu için serindi. Kış aylarında ise sıcak oluyormuş. While the most happening in Göreme, accommodation in Ürgüp is cheaper and safer. They serve the best breakfast with the best view. All was so good to remember still. Thank you all.

The cozy boutique hotel is in the middle of a mountain with very beautiful view of Ürgüp city. Near this hotel, on top of the hill, You can see a breathtaking outlook of the whole city, and also explore some caves nearby. In general, the Kayadibi cave hotel is in the center of Ürgüp, which makes it a convenient place to stay.
The rooms are clean, furniture is authentic and well maintained. The shower works well (no problems with hot water and water flow). Although it's summertime and hot outside, the temperature in cave rooms is just perfect without extra cooling.
I’m glad to have stayed in such a hotel – it’s certainly extraordinary to have an opportunity to spend some time in a cave hotel!
Thanks to the hotel owner I had a pleasant experience whilst traveling in Cappadocia.
