The location is very near with the Goreme bus station, you just need crossing and walking about 200 meter. The breakfast is very good and complete, the service is very very satisfied, i will comeback to stay here if i can visit Turkey in next time.

I decided to book this hotel after it was recommended to me by a Japanese friend who had traveled to Cappadocia a few months ago. Just as I had heard, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent for the price. I also booked the hot air balloon tour and horse riding tour through the hotel front desk, which was cheaper than booking through other sites. Mehmet, the front desk staff, was very helpful.

As soon as I made the reservation, the hotel administration contacted me right away. They offered an additional airport shuttle, which was very convenient and cheaper than a taxi. They were very kind, greeted us warmly, and we had a pleasant conversation. The staff is extremely polite and caring. Especially Mehmet

The view is absolutely beautiful 😍🔥 Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Only because of the weather there were no balloons today(

Pros :
1. Breakfast is very good with terrace sitting and lady who manages kitchen is very sweet.
2. Room is spacious and location is near to central market
₹. Tarrif is reasonable

Cons :
1. One of the hotel manager has zero sense of customer service and doesn't know how to treat guest. Other guy is fine

Rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was especially good. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. We had a good view of the hot air balloons being launched in the morning. Issues we had there was that we always had strong unpleasant smell from the bathroom. I dont think we had active housekeeping during our stay for few nights but this is not a big issue. The smell was a bigger concern. The hotel is located close to the city center.

Although breakfast looks like many kinds, it is actually not delicious, and it is basically a cold meal and sauce. Room cleanliness needs to be improved, employees are usually doing their own things, such as making phone calls or watching videos, communication is not very smooth, and attitudes also need to be improved.The location of the hotel is good, right in the center of town. I have to say, the room has poor sound insulation. Strictly speaking, this should be a pansiyon rather than a hotel.

Everything was excellent. You get a perfect view of the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace, with some even flying right over your head.

The hotel stay was great, wifi is slow but the shower is hot, bed is soft and can directly see the launching of the balloons from the bed
