We really enjoyed staying at your hotel! The rooms are extremely clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and ready to help in every way. We would especially like to thank Ms. Mehtap.
We would also like to thank Ms. Simge and Ms. Selenay; Their hospitality was great. The owner of the hotel is also a very kind person.
Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and sufficient. Serving tea and fruit plate after meals was a very nice detail. Additionally, the jacuzzi in the rooms was spotless and offered a pleasant experience.
It is definitely a hotel we will choose again! Thanks to everyone who contributed.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. I stayed in Suite room 202, a very comfortable room with an en-suite. There was a large terrace with a sitting area just outside the room which was lovely to have a cup of tea in the morning while watching the beautiful scenery and making plans for the day. The hotel is a walking distance from the city centre however it is a little up on the hill so good for a gentle cardio workout. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

It was a hotel we found by chance for our honeymoon. We chose a room with jacuzzi for 3 nights and 4 days and we were very pleased. The rooms were very clean. We bought the meal package, which included breakfast and dinner, and it was very successful. The employees were very friendly and sincere. I would like to thank Ms. Selinay and Ms. Mehtap for their interest and concern. If you are looking for a hotel in Ürgüp, I would definitely recommend a hotel where you can come and stay.

I stayed in this nice hotel last week for 4 days. I liked it and it was a lovely stay. It's clean, breakfast is big and the food is good. The terrace is beautiful to relax. The staff is kind and nice. I'd go back immediately!

Vraiment un séjour de rêve
La chambre premium était magnifique on se sentait comme des rois
La salle de bain était immense et il s agissait d un petit hammam privatif
Le lit était grand et confortable
Le personnel très accueillant, avec des prix très intéressant pour les activités
Les employés étaient serviables et de bon conseil
L hôtel est situé à environ une dizaine de minute à pied du centre d Urgup, qui est une petite ville. L hôtel est en haut d une pente.
le petit-déjeuner était servis à l’assiette et les plats chauds chantaient tous les jours (menemen/borek/ sucuk yumurta)
Il nous ont fait un feu de bois sur la terrasse de l’hôtel

It was as if we had come to our family's house, not to the hotel. Staff and service made us feel at home. We even felt sad when we were leaving the hotel as if we were leaving our family. We would like to thank the hotel staff for making us feel at home and with our family. I think it is the best hotel to choose in Urgup.

The room, hospitality and the breakfast are all wonderful. After checking out, we had a half day before our flight back to Istanbul, we asked the hotel manager what can be seen around the area, the hotel manager found us a tour guide who drove us from location to location, so we were able to take a look around other sightseeing spots besides air balloon ride. The tour guid was very nice and the price he charged was very resonable.

Just wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's beautiful during the day and night. The rooms are very very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is also located in a very quiet place. The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They know English really well and are readily available. The breakfast was also wonderful. Their food for lunch and dinner was also wonderful. The only thing was that there were so many aggressive bees interrupting our breakfast.

Hotel is nice and service is great.
We arrived from Istanbul so we didn't really know who to trust or not. Ali, the hotel manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and nice.
Rooms are nice cave rooms therefore not expect anything to fancy. But extremely clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience at the Cappadocia Hotel. The service was fantastic and the owners care. Maybe cave living wasn't for us, but it is something to try once. For us the beds were not the most comfortable, and I kept hitting my head on the doorway (be careful if you are tall).

The views here are amazing, and the overall hotel is beautiful.

My stay at The Cappadocia Hotel was incredible and I highly recommend the stay here. 100% I would stay here if I come back to Cappadocia. Ali (the hotel manager) is super kind and helpful. He helped us plan our activities and arranged them for us with the companies. We told him we wanted to do the camel ride, ATV rides and horseback riding and he arranged those activities with transportation as well. We also wanted to do the hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled because of the weather. He went out of his way to help us and made us feel very comfortable at our stay. He’s super fast at replying to messages as well, so if we needed anything we would just text him!
The hotel room itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super delicious. The two ladies working with the breakfast were also very sweet and very hardworking and I really appreciated their kindness.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the city center. This was nice because it wasn’t very loud at night and had privacy.
We all really enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it to anyone!! Amazing staff and hospitality.
