The most beautiful place in the future. Every detail is carefully considered. Even the foil on the remote control is changed daily. I wanted to write this detail to explain the quality of this business. We came three years ago and were very pleased again.

The stay was okay and overall very good. The place was clean and well maintained, and the management was also good. The location was excellent, and the amenities provided were premium. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The rooms were amazing and the in-suite sauna and Hammam was great. All round service was above average and all staff were friendly and helpful. We booked our balloon excursion via the hotel and Duygu was very helpful in obtaining us a spot albeit that it we only booked the day before the flight.
Cappadocia was the highlight of our Turkey trip and we will definitely come back.

Amazing views and rooms. After all you are staying in a cave. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was mold in our bathroom. :( I would maybe even go down to 3 stars for this reason but everything else was very quaint and nice. It’s the highest cave hotel in the area so not super walkable to the nearby shops, but there are taxis. Overall it’s a wonderful cave hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kayakapi Caves Hotel. Guest Services were very helpful prior to our arrival organising two tours around this part of Cappadocia. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren't able to go on our hot air ballooning but the hotel was able to rearrange our ground tours at short notice.

Far from the city. Would have stayed closer to the town if we knew the area. They offer a shuttle to the town but you have to get your own way back. Cost around 500 lira one way. The rooms were okay, I personally didn’t enjoy staying in a cave. There was a smell which I couldn’t get used to.
Pillows and bed were not 5 star
No hot air balloon view at all

Breakfast was okay.
Food from restaurant at the pool was decent
We asked for late check out but they couldn’t assist us at all.

Terrible WiFi

I think you can get better closer to the town.

The only attraction is the hot air balloon. Besides that, capadoccia is not worth it

Wonderful Stay at Kayakapi – Thank You to the Amazing Team!

Our stay at Kayakapi Premium Caves was truly unforgettable. The property is stunning, but it’s the people who made it exceptional.

A heartfelt thank you to the all-day Maide restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and delicious vegetarian-friendly meals we felt so well taken care of at every visit.

We’d also like to sincerely thank the manager, who very kindly helped arrange a private taxi for a personal trip we wanted to take outside the usual tours. It made a big difference in our stay and allowed us to explore at our own pace. Finally, a big thank you to the team for organizing a sunset ATV tour at the last minute, which turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our trip.

Kayakapi is not just a stunning place to stay—it’s made exceptional by the people who work there. Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

It is the best cave hotel we have ever stayed. The real cave with modern facilities. Wide, clean, and quiet room. SPA is also good at a reasonable price. It is a nice resort in this area. Strongly recommend for family's stay.

The room, hospitality and the breakfast are all wonderful. After checking out, we had a half day before our flight back to Istanbul, we asked the hotel manager what can be seen around the area, the hotel manager found us a tour guide who drove us from location to location, so we were able to take a look around other sightseeing spots besides air balloon ride. The tour guid was very nice and the price he charged was very resonable.

Just wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this place. It's beautiful during the day and night. The rooms are very very clean and nicely decorated. This hotel is also located in a very quiet place. The hosts are amazing and very helpful. They know English really well and are readily available. The breakfast was also wonderful. Their food for lunch and dinner was also wonderful. The only thing was that there were so many aggressive bees interrupting our breakfast.

Hotel is nice and service is great.
We arrived from Istanbul so we didn't really know who to trust or not. Ali, the hotel manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and nice.
Rooms are nice cave rooms therefore not expect anything to fancy. But extremely clean and comfortable.

Had a great experience at the Cappadocia Hotel. The service was fantastic and the owners care. Maybe cave living wasn't for us, but it is something to try once. For us the beds were not the most comfortable, and I kept hitting my head on the doorway (be careful if you are tall).

The views here are amazing, and the overall hotel is beautiful.

My stay at The Cappadocia Hotel was incredible and I highly recommend the stay here. 100% I would stay here if I come back to Cappadocia. Ali (the hotel manager) is super kind and helpful. He helped us plan our activities and arranged them for us with the companies. We told him we wanted to do the camel ride, ATV rides and horseback riding and he arranged those activities with transportation as well. We also wanted to do the hot air balloon ride but unfortunately it was canceled because of the weather. He went out of his way to help us and made us feel very comfortable at our stay. He’s super fast at replying to messages as well, so if we needed anything we would just text him!
The hotel room itself was super clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super delicious. The two ladies working with the breakfast were also very sweet and very hardworking and I really appreciated their kindness.
The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the city center. This was nice because it wasn’t very loud at night and had privacy.
We all really enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it to anyone!! Amazing staff and hospitality.
