Lovely and authentic Turkish cave hotel. Picturesque beauty. Hotel is about one kilometre away from Urgup city center. My room was very big with a large bathroom. The area is located inside hills though some rooms are artificially made cave. Nonetheless, inside room one may feel suffocation. The breakfast was good. Staffs were friendly. Good price.

This hotel is set in a location that is just fantastic. It feels like you are part of a dream. The rooms are big and you have everything you could need. However - we were very disappointed with the food! We had people who do not eat beef and 2 nights in a row they were served something full of tomatoes ! When questioned the staff just did nothing to assist!

Great value for stay with plenty of space in the family connected rooms. Kids loved the pool and the jetted bathtub. We appreciated the hospitality of the hotel, the fruit plate upon arrival, and the hotel restaurant, which had a good number of kid friendly and vegetarian options!

Very good value for money: except for minor details like an unfixed toilet cover everything was almost perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, all you need and very conveniently located.

It's neglected and dirty. There are cigarette burns on the seats. Glue has spilled on the tables. There's mold in the bathroom. The door lock isn't properly installed; it could be opened by a child pushing it.

My hotel accommodation review The hotel's location is good, the staff was polite, but unfortunately the hotel room smelled of cigarettes, the curtains and floors were dusty, the balcony was dirty. The shower cabin was dirty. The breakfast was sufficient and had plenty of variety. But the jam and tahini containers were constantly waiting in a spoon.

The socket in the bathroom was out of place and was shaking and we thought we were in a safe place, but the lock of my room was broken and did not lock, so I slept uneasily.

The room is separate from the front desk, and the location is a bit out of the way, but the front desk will take you there, so it's easy to find it by yourself twice. The room is large and the location is convenient. The service attitude of the front desk and hotel staff is very good. We have breakfast on the top floor. Although it is not a buffet breakfast, the overall environment is very good and you can see the view of the entire city; the room furnishings look a bit Old, some details in the bathroom are not very clean.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, cleaning every day. Beautiful view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. You can feel the level of a good hotel. And this at a very affordable price. Nearby are popular bars, walking access to the metro and shopping centers, as well as to the Russian Consulate. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Ankara.

Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

It was great stay, Mr. Özgür and their staff were so gently. We arrived early and they allowed us to make early check in even to have breakfast. Its good budget hotel beside shopping area.

The first night was great; clean room, and friendly welcoming staff. BUT, they "forgot" to do the house keeping to my room! Though it felt that I'm almost the only guest in this FOUR stars hotel!!

The rooms werent as clean as we'd hoped they would be .Great breakfast. They had a hard time understanding english and what we were saying so we didnt get what we were asking sometimes.

Amazing views and rooms. After all you are staying in a cave. The reason why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was mold in our bathroom. :( I would maybe even go down to 3 stars for this reason but everything else was very quaint and nice. It’s the highest cave hotel in the area so not super walkable to the nearby shops, but there are taxis. Overall it’s a wonderful cave hotel.

The rooms were amazing and the in-suite sauna and Hammam was great. All round service was above average and all staff were friendly and helpful. We booked our balloon excursion via the hotel and Duygu was very helpful in obtaining us a spot albeit that it we only booked the day before the flight. Cappadocia was the highlight of our Turkey trip and we will definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kayakapi Caves Hotel. Guest Services were very helpful prior to our arrival organising two tours around this part of Cappadocia. Unfortunately due to the weather we weren't able to go on our hot air ballooning but the hotel was able to rearrange our ground tours at short notice.

Far from the city. Would have stayed closer to the town if we knew the area. They offer a shuttle to the town but you have to get your own way back. Cost around 500 lira one way. The hotel was okay , needed to be renovated and renewed. I like the receptionist, was very helpful and made a discount for our 3 days stay , The thing that i was most shocked about is that they enter the room when we left although they entered to put water for free for us , but still I believe it is not suitable to enter a room without prior knowledge. We are going to get massages from almost all the neighbors, gym, baths, swimming pool, at least once a week. They put us in touch with both humble and very experienced employees. Our fitness teacher, Mr. Mukhteshem, and his physiotherapist friends were very helpful. I would say, especially for those who live in Dikmen, it is not in vain that they change the area.

Great location - the hotel is 15-20 minutes away from all major attractions and view points. The facilities are in a good condition. The hotel manager is a great host and will make everything for the guest to enjoy their stay. A decent hotel for a couple of nights. It's located far from Göreme, not easily accessible on foot, and transfers and taxis are outrageously expensive. The room has an interesting concept built into the cliff, but it's practically unventilated and full of dirt and dust, though quite spacious. There's an unpleasant sewer smell.
