Great stay for business here at the Grand Altuntas Hotel. The hospitality was excellent. The food was good, and the rooms are nice. I also enjoyed the facilities including the gym. Special mention to Ahmet and Gahmze from the front desk who have been such great hosts to us. Will stay here again on my next trip to Aksaray!

Disappointed Our room was small with not enough element to put our clothes, towels. There was even not someting in the bathroom to place the hand towel. Nice hotel , good location. Good to stay for a business trip

I was only in the conference hall for a celebration. Very big, clean, friendly staff, nice food. The lavatories were also very clean and looked luxurious. This was the 2nd time I was there, and I was not disappointed. The parking space could be larger considering the area, but I still managed to find a space to park the car.

The room was a very comfotable size with comfortable furnature. The staff were also friendly. But... the toilet was constantly running, making a little river to the drain with a little puddle in the middle. The toilet seat slid off very easily. The showerhead holder was broken, so the showerhead had to be shoved between the pipe and the wall just to stop it from hanging down.

We were 7 guests, our original stay here was 3 nights but we checked out immediately after 1 night. The room was hot, the toilet smelled, one of my family members got diarrhea because of the breakfast. The room was dirty. We did not receive a refund but we understand because of the policy, I hope other guests do not experience what we experienced. However, I can say that the receptionist was very kind...

The room size matched the booking description, but it wasn't good value for money; it would have been better to stay at the Hilton hotel next door. I don't understand their cleaning practices. Every time they cleaned, I lost a coffee cup or a water glass. I gave them my Marriott Bonvoy account, but they didn't credit the points to it.

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

Many missing items are not replenished at breakfast time. Plates and garbage are cleared from the tables very slowly. The room is ideal, good, and clean.

This was the nicest and most modern Hotel of the seven I stayed at in Turkey during our 10 day tour. The rooms are very clean, and fairly spacious, they have a nice overall outdoor pool area with Hot Springs. We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.

The concept it nice and the view was awesome but it sounds and looks better than it is. The breakfast was horrible and had no quality.
