Its a shabby workers hotel. Rooms smell of smoke. Bathrooms are tired and have leaky showers. Its fine for a night but the area has nothing to offer so avoid if possible. On the plus side they do provide an excellent breakfast

I stayed in this hotel because of my job, there are usually construction workers and personnel in the hotel, so it is not suitable for family (I say that as a builder myself). We had a really nice afternoon here, the thermal was perfect and there was a hamam part as well. Location is just perfect. A complete shopping arena with small malls, markets, food places, etc are on walking distance. You can enjoy shopping and food just by walk. The hotel looked nice, but the room lacked many essentials; there wasn't even a toothbrush cup, let alone toothpaste and a toothbrush. The front desk said we could ask them for some, but the staff there didn't speak English well, and their Mandarin wasn't fluent either, so communication was impossible. Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the bus terminal. Each room is separate and quiet, like a cottage. The breakfast downstairs is lovely too.

The location is accessible to store and restaurants. Clean and the staff are accommodating.

The room was on the first floor and was much better than expected; it wasn't stuffy or damp. The breakfast was delicious, and the front desk was very friendly! We arrived after 4:00 AM, but since there were no rooms available for early check-in, the front desk let us rest in the restaurant.

This hotel is very good value, not expensive, clean, and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes me want to come back again. The location is great, easy to travel around and find food. The staff take good care of guests and are all very friendly. このホテルはとてもお得で、安くて清潔、そして美しく飾られています。雰囲気が良く、ゆっくり休めるので、また来たくなります。立地も良く、移動や食事にとても便利です。スタッフはみんな親切で、よく世話をしてくれます。

Great porter experience. Carried our bags right to our door. Rooms very warm and cosy though bed was slightly hard. I think mattresses could be updated. Make sure cat isn't locked in your room when serviced!

The property is situated in the valley and it does give the feeling of leaving in the heritage town. Great food and great service especially by Ibrahim and yildiz. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
