Hotels on first line in Turkey

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

If you are there at the end of the season, you might expect that the water is not very warm. There is a different party every night, starting with 1 hour for the kids and continuing with something for the whole family

Stayed at Megasaray Resort Belek for 10 days during xmas and new years eve with the family. We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed most pleasantly

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

Many things are open even though it is winter season and that is nice. Things to improve: Some of the waiters are in a very bad mood - which they show clearly. Especially in the coffee house

The two bedrooms and bathrooms served us (5) very well, room was mostly clean (except under some furniture) and upon request a broken lamp and a blocked drainage in a shower was repaired within less than a day

You can still find some good alcohol only in the lobby bar, but unfortunately, not at the beach bar where we are all day. The second would be housekeeping, which always makes the room very late (3-4 PM)

We were a group of eight staying here, and although the hotel and beach were beautiful, there were quite a few problems that affected our stay

We had a really nice stay here and spent a wonderful, relaxing time by the beach. Warm sea, beautiful garden area, and delicious local food – that’s what we’ll remember the most

With my height (188 cm), my feet were sticking out! Luckily, the hotel staff quickly and kindly changed our room for a bigger one – thank you for that! There are a few things that could be improved

We barely could find spots on the beach and the pools, because of "early birds" tourists rushing to reserve by throwing a towel over 3-4 sunbeds at a time. Some kind of German/Russian style of ownership

The location is perfect—right between the lake and the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal

There is a Pine Restaurant which only opens up lunch time and provides burgers, salads, wraps etc but would not recommend as food was cold. There is a Lobby Bar is open 24 hours providing coffee and alcohol

Great trip - hotel is lovely great for families coffee from the coffee shop is amazing from Rojin and cocktails from Elyas

We were in Bungalow 809, the first bungalow nearest reception — perfectly located and close to everything. Being on the top floor meant we had a lovely view of both the pool and the sea

Kenan and Elyas have been the best bar staff I could have ever asked for and the man on the beach running with all the beers all 3 were amazing and I enjoyed every second of my trip!

There are so many positives with this hotel, too many to list however, my top points are: staff were great, family rooms (2x bedrooms + 2x bathrooms), pool is big allowing inflatables for the kids, beach with jetty, boat trip from hotel, music, DJ sessions and entertainment

Things to consider are: temperature in peak season and the amount of guests at the hotel (peak season) means seating at the beach bar for evening entertainment is limited

The hotel furniture and rooms are new and good...

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

I bought perfumes in the shop and when I wanted to leave one of the sellers wanted to gift me a magnet and he insisted I should leave the bags and perfumes at the check out counter as the other colleague will keep an eye

The expansive outdoor pool is a delight, offering ample space for guests to unwind on the beach chairs. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding personnel, especially Berkeley and Ekram

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

It was the first time I've done all-included style of vacations and I'm really happy with the outcome! The hotel itself was very much what I was expecting from the photos, the amenities were great, but for me, the absolute best selling point this hotel has to offer was the staff

He went out of his way to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Ugur was attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a smile, and genuinely sweet in his manner

It’s rare to come across someone who brings such warmth and professionalism together so effortlessly. Thank you, Ugur, for making our visit so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

There was so much to do we only left the hotel twice for excursions. We actually loved it that much, 3 days after coming home we have booked up again but for 2 weeks in the summer

We attended for a week in October half term. We hadn’t visited Turkey before so it was our first experience. Everything was amazing from the start. The hotel is constantly cleaned, the staff go above and beyond

Daytime games, pool activities, and night shows were all top-notch and kept the atmosphere alive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. From the rooms to the lobby, everything felt fresh and well-maintained

The entertainment team was good. Especially Memethen, he included the kids in the games and was always happy and including. Berik was also good in the poolgames and the rest of the team was nice

Housekeeping was always on point and very respectful. As for the pool – it was a dream! Clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. It quickly became my favorite spot during the day

The food could be better, it is the same buffet every night. Even when it’s called seafood night or international night. The cleaning could have been better but overall a nice Holliday in the sun☀️

Very important moment: this hotel is focused on Russian tourists (85% of all guests), so you should be aware about environment

You can have a great snack there and then treat yourself to an ice cream on the beach. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. All the furniture was in good condition. The restaurant had clean and beautiful tableware

We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM

Overall, it was a 10/10 winter vacation, and almost all the staff spoke both English and Russian

The only thing is, judging by the hotel photos, the grounds look much larger—in reality, it's not very big, but again, for the off-season, it's fantastic

We were very satisfied with our stay at Akka Alinda Hotel. Overall, everything was at a very high level — no complaints at all, everything was well organized. The food was good, varied, and tasty

Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment

We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas

The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive

It would make such a wonderful impression if the hotel could provide a small cat house on the territory, or at least place bowls with fresh water for them and update it regularly

Then restaurant gets really, really busy, however you don’t need to queue if you don’t want that section of the restaurant There are two lifts within the complex taking you done to the pool area and the beech If you wish to go into bodrum you can get a bus which picks you up at the entrance of the hotel there is no bus stop we looked for

The restaurants down by the beach were amazing too! Great kebabs! The children also loved the water slides

I would like to express my appreciation for one of your waiters, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. I noted his dedication to customer service and his commitment to the quality of service

Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own

The beach area is lovely and we really enjoyed the sea, however it does get a little choppy so be careful as there was no lifeguard on duty

- the branded drinks are only served in once place … why?? At all the bars you can get drinks (cocktails are always good) but the branded spirits are only served in the lobby bar, which limited seating (but amazing views) it was a shame as we felt we had to battle for seats to enjoy a nicer drink

And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day

Great location and convenient having the pool and and beach in one space

In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages

Amazing hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - far from noisy roads and other hotels. Animation never keeps you dull - great professional shows, very engaging and fun

But the best part was definitely the animation team — they are friendly, fun, and always make sure everyone is having a good time. There are activities all day and great shows at night

One small suggestion: during peak times like school holidays, sunbeds by the pool can fill up early, so it’s a good idea to head down in the morning. Still, the staff was always helpful in finding us available spots

great food, friendly and funny staff, clean rooms great pools, sadly the slides were closed at the time I was visiting this hotel, but its worth the price.

Our vegetarian grandmother found plenty of tasty dishes every day, and the desserts were a big hit with the kids! The mini club was a highlight for our youngest – they loved the games, crafts, and friendly staff, while we adults got to enjoy some quiet time at the spa and pool

Love this place. Fist time I returned to hotel and we spent 3 weeks here. It feels cozy. Great food and great beach.Renovated rooms. It doesn't feel like luxury place, more like cozy place for relax.

It is impossible to sit on the beach because it is so noisy. Water in the sea and pool too hot about 30 degrees. Lots of people on the beach and in the sea

The beach is clean and well-kept and guests can use the mini bar on the beach which contains cold water, coffee and juices. Wi-Fi is free, fast and available almost everywhere

Great golf venue for medium handicappers. Two well presented courses and great facilities. There are other more challenging options locally

You fell “at home”, been to 6 other hotel’s in Belek but this feels great. Nice and friendly staffs, always helpful. I think it’s time for a renovation even if thing’s working but not top class compared to other hotel’s.

We have been at the Sueno several times and we love the hotel and the two golf courses. We love the staff and how dedicated they are.

All the staff are l lovely and friendly, the hospitality is exemplary, always smiling, happy to help and beautiful personalities

Hotel was equally pleasant with kind, helpful staff, good rooms and excellent food

My daughter had fever at midnight and they sent an infrared thermometer and a bowl of yoghurt right away. The pool was closed due to off season, but the weather was great

So the staff anticipated the guests' wishes and opened the pool impromptu. Shout out to our housekeeper Nazire who was our host for the second time ❤️

Despite booking in advance, the hotel was nearly full upon arrival, yet they went above and beyond by upgrading my room to a higher floor with a beautiful sea view

The hotel has a very beautiful swimming pool and artworks are adorning the hotel. It has a very good valet parking service but you have to pay for it

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods… Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

The beach and pier were lovely, though the sea was a bit shallow and cloudy, which might actually be a positive for some guests

The hotel's pool and outdoor area are amazing, large, and surrounded by greenery! Really beautiful! The beach was sandy, and the sea water was wonderfully warm

Susesi is a wonderfull Resort, flowers, trees, clean & tidy, i can’t say anything against. They were doing maintenance and it’s understandable before the season start. The buffet is also amazing for the many !!

The snack restaurants are very good, the employees are smiling and do their job well. Pool’s are sufficient there is enough sunshade’s and lounge chair’s

The food and beverage quality is very good. Beer and cola are served in bottles. The quality of the drinks in the bars is very good, the bartenders fulfill your request when you want a special cocktail

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

the Halloween party was one of are favourite nights again helping us to and from the beach on there beach buggy like I said nothing is to much trouble we will 100% be returning and will 100% recommend this to everyone thanx for everything and see you all soon

Most days were spent around the main pool we always managed to get sun beds close to the pool. The entertainment team were all very friendly. The hotel is very clean all round and cleaned to a very high standard

Which are cleaned and restocked daily. All the hard working staff have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The waiter at the pool bar during lunchtime has been very friendly and is clearly happy in his job

With premium branded hot and cold drinks available at the well stocked bars. There is minimal noise from the evening’s entertainment as it is located in the lower ground level away from the location of most hotel rooms

Buses regularly stop outside the hotel to take you the nearby towns of Mangavat (with numerous indoor and outdoor markets) and Side (with its well preserved Roman ruins). With one cloudy and rainy morning this week

Very clean pools and public areas. The hotel is a holiday village concept, it really is a great hotel for kids, so much for them to do and the kids club is the best we have been to

We stayed here 17th sept for 1 week, on arrival we got upgraded and wow, what a beautiful room. The beds were comfy! The gardens are very beautiful. The waterpark has great slides for the kids & and adults

You could always find sun loungers by the pool, although the best spots were taken by 8 a. There is a covered paddling pool in the main pool, but it is very shallow. There are activities for younger children there

Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone

Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints

Great food and drinks! Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels

We liked the hotel very much in every way. The variety of food is very wide, you will never go hungry, those who expect an ultra taste can try the A la carte restaurant

All green plants and flowers are fresh and so beautiful. The beach is clean and welcoming. Cats, the little hearts, are part of this amazing place and they are full of love

This wasn’t an issue for me being an early riser, and I used the quiet time around the pool to catch up on reading! The pool areas were very clean and again, staff were constantly round there cleaning up and brushing away puddles of water that could’ve been hazardous

This place has captured our hearts over the past few years and after visiting many other all inclusives this one tops them all by a country mile and then some! Great family hotel on the beach. Rooms - The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable don’t expect luxury it’s built for families if I come again I’d pay for a sea view rather than over looking a busy noisy road

No pool service for drinks although this might not be the case in high season
