Beach: private sandy beach, first coastline. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach 150 m.

To say I liked it is an understatement! It's simply a wonderful place to relax. It's clean. The service and attentive staff are excellent. Our family LOVED IT!!! The sea was warm, the weather was perfect. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and lots of positive emotions. 🙂

They are great! Everything is clean and tidy everywhere) The staff is mostly very friendly (except for the gossipy guy at reception and the grill cook), but I didn't lower the rating because of two unhealthy people, it's a shame for the rest))) They spare nothing in the restaurant and bars (I really didn't drink alcohol, I brought my own)) The territory is large and well-kept 👍 The rooms are cleaned daily, toiletries are replenished, if you forgot something, you can come at any time and they will give you everything)) I recommend visiting SPA 👍 We managed to relax before the borders closed, vacation from April 11th to 22nd. We went on 2 excursions (not through a guide), the price is 2 times cheaper (Green Canyon and Aquapark), there were very few people everywhere, there are a lot of closed hotels around! You can walk along the beach to the left and to the right, we found everything interesting 😀 We were very pleased, although I almost cried while flying, for the last 15 years we have been flying to the ocean, but in the current situation there was not much choice))

From our first day at the resort we quickly realised this hotel accommodates only for German,Russian and Polish guests. Everything we asked for felt like it was too much effort for them. Blank expressions, no smiles when we would go to the bars and walking around. My husband asked for a Strawberry Daiquiri at the pool bar and was told only cocktails on list.. but then see barman do one for a German guest! Not a great start.. I asked for 2 white wines at lobby bar to then be mocked about my accent. I asked for ouzo and sprite ,the barman took the absolute mick with the measurement even though I said it was enough,he flooded it over the sprite. Undrinkable ! When you did find a cocktail you liked, each time it would taste completely different...lol. So we stuck to the beer..safest option! There was a handful of staff during our weeks stay that were pleasant enough but otherwise, no interaction from staff.. smiles were just so rare! The cleaning staff we found were the most polite and smiley. And did a great job cleaning the hotel. Our rooms were spotless but the bedding...oh my! It was so small amd like a scratchy towel!! Had to turn the air con off so could keep warm whilst I slept.. My niece wore her jogging suit whilst she slept..in Turkey..lol We found the food nice enough but very repetitive. The grounds are very pretty and the walk to the beach is a delight. The beach itself was ok but sun loungers were a bit tired. Could do with updating. The entertainment wasnt the greatest unfortunately. The shop that sold all the t shirts within the hotel was great. The owner was very friendly and we bought from him often. He did some great deals for us. We made the most of our experience there but would definitely not return. We felt we were invisible as guests.

The hotel is perfect and beautiful Personal is professional and polite! Staff is kind! I am happy ❤️ One waiter in particular is funny and makes works of art, his name is Halil The pools are clean. Towels always available. Sunbeds on the beach always available. The cleanliness of the rooms is a matter of course.

Only 59 television channels and not one French. The mini bar is just a bottle of water!
Difficulty connecting to wifi. Some rooms quite far from the restaurant. The rest is correct.

We liked it very much. We will go again. Which one shall we count? First thank you Mr. To our manager Mr. Ünsal. He took great care of us from beginning to end. Food was diverse and delicious. Closed Ayran and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast were free. It is very good that the wifi is included in the rooms all over the hotel and is fast. The bath is magnificent. The beach side was great even in this season. Bar staff are both fun and smiling. I owe a debt of gratitude to the authorities. I forgot the pies. Myth. Congratulations to the masters.

A very pleasant hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We were checked in quickly upon arrival. The room was cozy: double bed, air conditioning, TV, private bathroom with shower, and balcony. Cleaning and towel changes were daily. The grounds were large and well-maintained. The pools were comfortable and large, with plenty of space! The pool was equipped with a ramp for people with disabilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
