The restaurant waiting staff don’t bother with you unless you’re German so that’s a 1 star as it’s very poor, the attitude and disrespect of the majority of them is ridiculous especially when you’ve paid to holiday at the hotel, one of the waiting staff accidentally dropped an entire tray of drinks on a child and stood there laughing, the supervisor had to tell him off

They are the 5 stars for the hotel, the hotel its self is very clean and I can give 5 stars for the cleanliness. The food is a 3 star to be honest as the food is repetitive and the same every day no change in 11 days

The entertainment crew are absolutely brilliant especially Anastasia, Billy and Rashid they made the experience amazing for the kids and were super friendly and always happy… I’d definitely recommend for them alone

The supervising waiting staff in the restaurant red shirts are a 5 star for the hotel also. Overall I’d recommend for families and definitely come back but I say it’s more a 3/4 star hotel

i would suggest to hotel to make it a 3 hour dinner slot and for not to have the food so spread out there was no flow to the restaurant. However we did overall have a good holiday, pools were good snack bars were good

Great hotel loved it so much. It is huge and the water park is so family friendly and staff are so kind.

However, there are water slides and small pools for children. The landscaping is a special highlight: super-stylish spaces decorated with plants and simple décor made from natural materials

We had an amazing stay at Jiva Beach Resort Fethiye. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location, atmosphere, and overall experience exceeded our expectations

We were the only Asian family in the entire resort, so the staff called me by name as soon as I arrived at the front desk. It's very relaxing to be with my family. There are unlimited drinks and snacks

The food and service are generally excellent, and the beach is private. It was quiet, warm, and very cozy in late September

Also, a big appreciation to Executive Chef Serkan, whose food was outstanding. Every meal was delicious, well-presented, and clearly prepared with great care and talent

On the warm Mediterranean sea 2 minutes walking , with multiple pools for elders and childrens , and all the equipment for kids

Pools were clean and plenty pools for everyone to enjoy. 30 Also you would get a call from a tourist guide offering to come see you and then he will advertise activities and days out

Plenty of food all day and different choices There is a bar near the beach that opens at 12-4

The downside is that they do not explain anything and you just figure out yourself. Our rooms were cleaned daily!!towels where also changed and bottles of water,drinks where stored in the fridge in our rooms

My husband booked this hotel and I was a little scared after reading the reviews. Honestly don’t believe the reviews and be put of,people have their own opinions or it could be to put the resort down

Do not book with him as they charge twice the money. Book your days out from the outside stalls they charge a lot less. If you don’t like somthing just complain they will change it for you

Pools/ water park is absolutely stunning. Pools are so clean and staff around them are so helpful. I read reviews here from people saying they were hungry, they lied

Lots and lots of things to do, places to go. Rooms are big, pools clean, and restaurants delicious

People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg

We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the break. The only thing which we didn't know was the amount of walking that needed to be done do get to the places we went to

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in mid-August with my wife and our 15-year-old daughter. Even though it was peak season, the place never felt overcrowded and we did not experience long queues

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

I didnt get my partical sea view and ekstra bed i paid for. I just recive a sofa with pellows and blanket which is already excised in every room.

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

i struggled at breakfast time being gluten free but ate a lot of omelettes which were not cooked to order. My vegetarian friend had some great breakfasts however

We stayed at Ephesia as a group of four (actually five 🤰) in May, and it was beautiful. A great hotel with large, comfortable rooms. Plenty of opportunities to spend time and a wide choice of pools

Wonderful animations and evening activities. Very good food and a large selection in the restaurant. The only downside was that the bartenders did not speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult

This was the second time we have stayed here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and great choice. Entertainment wasn't quite as good as two years ago. Location right on the beach was perfect

Pleasantly surprised! Excellent resort. We went on a last-minute trip without too many expectations and came back with smiles on our faces and wonderful memories

Beach was so lovely and clean and just a couple of minutes walk. Swim up rooms were definitely a must, though we were using all the other swimming pools as well

The pools are amazing, especially the lazy river.

The resort is quite secluded with nothing much in close vicinity so if you want to go exploring then it may not be for you. The pool and the aqua park are great and my kids loved it

Hotel was very big, lots to do with kids, shopping center just a cross a street, very nice beach with sand, big kids playground

The Amazon Water World section of the hotel was everything our kids could dream of, with a very smooth entry to the wave pool (perfect for our 1. 5yo) plus the relax river, the slides and everything around that

A nice classic vacation destination. Food at the buffet was delish every day, staff were we friendly and funny, and hosted events every night such as live bands

While the large outdoor pool was understandably closed in this season, the heated indoor pool and spa more than made up for it and turned chilly days into relaxing wellness afternoons

The combination of indoor pool, spa, fitness and general amenities really gives the impression of a true five-star resort rather than just a standard beach hotel

I spent my time tanning by the pool, or taking a short walk to the beach. Also close by to streets & markets, which I loved walking through at night

There is a 24 hour restaurant a patisserie a pancake stall and pool and beach bar foe drinks. !!! The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and as for the beach. The gardens are beautiful and if you like cats

Staff were friendly and helpful Food is generally good and plentiful-you won't go hungry Bars (lobby, pool, beach) drinks are good including named brands Main pool is of a good size and there were plenty of sunbeds (bear in mind it was October and not August) The slide is fun at the main pool but not always open

In my opinion it is a decent 4 star hotel and not a 5 star hotel. I was told that the company only took over the hotel in January 2025 and they are in the process of updating the rooms, but I can't verify this either way

I have travelled to Turkey on many occasions and stayed at some fantastic hotels. The Selectum Collection doesn't quite live up to these, but to be fair it is a nice hotel and well worth a trip if the price is right

It is situated in quite a remote place, but there are regular buses for 70 TL into Bodrum. Although Turgutreis is nearer and in my opinion a bit nicer than Bodrum, there are only limited buses which is a shame

Many thanks to Service Manager Sedat Bey, who worked hard for us to have a good vacation with his attention and smile in the mornings. As for food and drinks, it's one of the best in the area with exceptional flavors

Serenity's welcoming process is very nice from the start, with fast registration procedures and champagne treats like Dom Perignon, making you feel like you're having a premium vacation experience

The Estela 24 hrs A la carte is very good and Eyup, our waiter really took care of us on each visit. We loved the Fuego A la carte as well waiters and the chef who prepared our food provided great entertainment

I'd like to mention the friends who caught my attention. Özkan Çelik was friendly, natural, and gave confidence with his energy from the moment we checked in, making our vacation more colorful

We've visited several hotels in Belek to play golf. Gloria hotels are at the top of our favorites. Our current stay at Serenity is excellent. We've had fabulous food throughout the hotel

The sea was warm, and the beach was well maintained. We especially liked the animation team — they created a cheerful mood for everyone, even at the end of the season

We had a great holiday, food was good, the restaurant could do with fans outside as it was hot! Pool great, beach was good. Overall we had a great holiday even though we were the only English family staying.

We stayed at Justiniano Club Alanya at the end of October – beginning of November, and it was an amazing family holiday! Even though it was the end of the season, everything was well-organized — the hotel was clean, the territory beautiful, and the atmosphere very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning views and easy access to the sea

We stayed in a Gloria Villa which was perfect for me and my 2 sons (17 & 19). This gave us access to Gloria Serenity restaurants and pools/beach

Beaches and pier area were clean with plenty of sunbeds and towels, Olivium Pool was also great with great bar staff and a quiet pool - in fact the whole resort never felt busy it was just perfect!

Almost every year, we visit Gloria Serenity or Gloria Golf, and I can say that these are our favourite hotels in the Antalya region. This year, we chose Gloria Golf. The hotel underwent a complete renovation this season

I did Pilates each morning at Gloria Golf wellness area and the Pilates teacher was fabulous! I then had breakfast at Serenity 24/7 and loved the salmon, avocado & poached egg hollandaise on a waffle! The menu was more sophisticated at Serenity, we also preferred the choice at Serenity buffet for dinner

The evening shows were great at the Arena and we were lucky to see Shimza at G-Venture while we were there and it was a great light, music & dance extravaganza. My son loved the burgers at Route 66

Starting with the good: Resort feel spacious with some areas feeling newer than others needing some maintenance Fantastic entertainment, beach events, clubs, mini arcade and bands at night ( repeats every 7 days ) Beach had shade, pools had umbrellas all round ( apart from the biggest pool which is a shame ) Clean rooms but they are basic

Not recommended to people with severe allergies due to cross contamination in buffet, triggered our food allergies despite labels and being careful Kids' pool doesn't have enough seats and no life guard Lunch and dinners feel repetitive even with changes in themes, even the paid ones had fixed starters and desserts

Beach is OK but don't expect white sand and crystal clear waters. Could be better: Some parts of pools feel tired and needs freshening up

There isn’t anything this hotel doesn’t have. The beach backs onto the hotel and it’s so peaceful, especially at night. The rooms were comfortable and always cleaned to a good standard

I was staying at this hotel for 10 days in September with my wife and daughter. The service is great - no need to care about anything. You can focus on having a good time and hotel personnel takes care about the rest

My honest review… We stayed here for 11 nights from 3rd Aug 25. I was with my mother and my two children 12 & 10 We all had a great time

Food… Like most all inclusives it becomes very samey and the quality isnt the best but there is plenty to choose from and you wouldn’t go hungry. The main restaurant is open for breakfast lunch and dinner

There was the poolside snack bar open from 12:30 to 15:30, where they also had a lady making flatbreads Ice cream from 2-5 Beach bar also did food and had flatbreads made to order

Then there was “tea time” at the pool bar 16:30 to 17:30 so lots on offer throughout the day. There are 3 a la carte restaurants but you only get to dine in 1 if staying fewer than 14 nights

4m throughout so I don’t think this is terribly great for smaller children it could have had a more shallow end. There is a separate toddler pool

Food is available everywhere and at any time, diverse and very tasty. We tried the main restaurant, the one on the beach, and the a la carte restaurant - everything was excellent in taste, quality and presentation

Twice we had a problem with the door, but the reception was very helpful - in 5 minutes they sent a technician who fixed the problem. The internet is very good for Turkey, it is everywhere, even on the beach

There is a pool with slides and a main pool, which is sufficient for the capacity of the hotel

The most positive side of the hotel for me personally is its staff - from the security guards and cleaners to the waiters, the bartenders and the chefs, everyone is smiling, kind and responsive

The minibar is stocked with water, soft drinks, and beer. It is refilled free of charge every day. The room is cleaned perfectly every day, and we often found beautiful surprises on the bed

And the pizzas and güzlemeti are the most delicious I have eaten in Turkey. The hotel is very green, on a compact territory, with a wide sandy strip and enough sun loungers

The sea is very clean and lifeguards are located in every part of the hotel. I have been coming to Antalya for vacations for 18 years and I can say that this is the best hotel I have ever been to

Loved everything about our 5-night stay — the food and service were great, the garden and walking trails were beautiful and the boho-style room design (comfort room) was very nice and new

The Dock Bar Hero and Dessert Heaven! This is simply the best ultra all-inclusive experience we've had. The sheer size of this resort is just. It has so many pools and a vast, beautiful beach

In our 2nd day we put the make up our room sign all day long. Also we wanted change new towels. We are whole day outside for swimming and staying the beach and pool

The best part? It never felt crowded. We had plenty of room to breathe, even with the hotel being full the whole time (and it was almost the end of the season). The dining experience was amazing

The best hotel we visited so far in Turkiye! Superfriendly staff (especially Haci Çef, Erdinç, Serkan) great animation, plenty things to do, many bars: pool bar, pier bar, piano bar

We also bought a sea view room, but got only a little sea view, more like a side view. There's a huge and clean pool outside, and a beautiful pier with a bar and steps to the sea to swim

The only diwnside might be if you’re traveling with kids, since the evening entertainment does get loud. Another thing is that, the hotel condemns reserving the beach chairs, does nothing against it however

price/quality is kinda good so very strong 4 , good jetty beach ofc (UAL) always available all drinks 3 bars outside and 2 inside with different type of drinks

the beach is great as well although if you want a deck chair on the pier you’re gonna have to get up very early

Hotel is right on the beach with its own private sunbeds if you would prefer that but we stayed by the pool everyday. Great for families and kids, really safe and lots going on

We are an English couple and only saw/heard 2 other English families but this dosnt bother me on holiday. Beach is beautiful and plenty shaded sunbeds

Love the Ocean beach bar, Sinnan is great and always happy to look after you. Beach snack bar is amazing, loads of fresh salads and grilled meats, pizza and burgers

Main Pool lovely and swim up bar good, lots of spare beds and umbrellas. Snack bar near the pool serving pancakes and lovely pizza. Water park was ok , the staff there were not so attentive

Animation team lively as expected, special mentions to Görkem who is crazy fun, and Michael, who has the best darts game, and makes everyone welcome. 2 Ala cartes are great, and 1 free visit each per stay

Main restaurant has some of the best food I’ve seen in 10 years coming to Turkey. Overall, would say it’s not the best place I’ve stayed but has everything to offer and won’t disappoint
