I came here with my mom and stayed for 7 days. We both loved everything here. The entertainment crew was amazing with fun daily activities for everyone, those people deserve a raise.The food was delicious, and it had a lot of variety, rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and nice, everyone was smiling. I wish I could have stayed more.

Great hotel. Great food, nice gym. We even saw a chameleon and tiny turtles hatching!! Friendly staff, huge meat selection and good wine. Events and shows are awesome. We had a lot of fun with 2 kids of 5 and 1.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaya Side Hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. The location is perfect—right between the lake and the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal. We especially enjoyed the relaxing spa and sauna facilities. Thank you to the whole team for making our vacation so enjoyable. We’d love to come back again!

We chose this hotel because ETS recommended it and based on the score it received. However, we quickly realized that it has no positive aspects at all—except for the cleanliness of the rooms. The variety of food is very limited, and half of the dining area is set up outside, so you have to wait in line under 40-degree heat just to get food. Drinks ordered at the beginning of the meal arrive only at the end. This hotel is definitely not an “ultra all-inclusive” concept. The rooms are old; the minibar only has water and cola, no alcoholic beverages. The bartenders clearly don’t know how to prepare drinks—just a drop of alcohol is added. Some children’s activities are not free. For example, my daughter wanted to do sand painting, but because I didn’t have cash with me at the beach, I told them I would bring it right away. They didn’t allow her to start and made her cry. The water slides are rusty, many people hurt their feet on the rust, yet they are still being used. There was also a car-painting activity; we arrived just before it ended and politely asked if my child could do a little painting. Instead of showing flexibility, they rudely said the event was over, and when I insisted gently, they responded aggressively, even walking toward me in a threatening way. The pool is dirty, sunbeds are old, and the poolside area is full of trash—same with the beach. I was personally picking up plastic cups and throwing them away. Towels are “reserved” as early as 6 AM, so it becomes impossible to find a decent spot later. When we arrived, there was not even a “welcome.” The staff show no interest or care. As for cocktails—there’s no bartender worthy of the name. We ordered cocktails, and they just mix soda, Sprite, and syrup. In short, don’t believe the reviews and scores. For us, this was a very bad experience and a big disappointment.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the Kaya Side. We were happy with our room, paid for a terrace garden view which would definitely recommend. The food was great, lots of different choices and the Restaurant on the 3rd floor was lovely too with great service and food. Entertainment was good, special shout out to Yusuf and the guy with long hair, can’t remember his name but he was fab too. Also Huseyin in the lobby bar was just fantastic! The extra parties during the day were brilliant, our kids had a great time. The beach bar with live music was really nice in the evenings too. The only downside was the kids club, we have been to many all inclusive hotels with kids clubs. This one was very dull, the ladies weren’t the most friendly. Our kids first day there they said no one spoke to them. Also the kids club itself was really clinical looking inside, no vibrant colours or toys out on display like you normally see at kids clubs (look at Club Tuana in Fethiye for some inspiration - theirs was fantastic!) also found Despite this, we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend!

This resort absolutely deserves its high rating—and honestly, even more! There wasn’t a single thing we felt was missing. Everything was simply wonderful: from the beautiful location to the amazing entertainment team, the high-quality services, and the genuine attentiveness of the staff. The food was delicious, with a great variety of well-cooked dishes, including plenty of traditional options. Meals were a real treat! Our room was spacious, with comfortable beds and enough furniture to easily store all our belongings. The pool area was well customised, offering plenty of shaded areas. Also, the kids’ pool area was really nice! It has everything needed for fun and splashing around, including two slides that adults can enjoy too. The shows and activities throughout the day were diverse, fun, and well-organized. Boredom was simply not an option! A special shout-out to Yusuf and the entertainment team—such great energy and lovely people! A few suggestions: • Some guests were reserving beach sunbeds overnight by leaving towels on them, which made it harder to find good spots in the morning. It would be helpful if staff could clear towels after hours to ensure a fair start each day. • Beach towels are only available at the spa reception, which opens at 8 AM. For early risers who want to enjoy the beach at sunrise or return towels the evening before, an earlier option or alternate pickup point would be appreciated. • Just a note for future guests: the sea entrance is a bit abrupt. This isn’t a downside of the hotel itself, but good to be aware of when planning your beach time. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We left yesterday and already miss it. We will definitely return. I can’t recommend it enough!

Very good and friendly staff! i really enjoyed staying here and they were always smiley ☺️Rooms are clean, food are delicious and many fun activities to enjoy with your friends and family. They have live music and belly dancers, we also went to the disco party which was very fun! I wanna say thank you for the whole crew.

The hotel deserves a 5 star for sure. The variety of food is outstanding. The animations, live music and shows are out of this world. There is a new activity every single day. The staff is kind and helpful. Jusuf was very helpful to me and my family. The rooms are very clean and spacious. My kids, my hubby and I will definitely return here again.

Everything is great, I love the atmosphere, the aesthetic of the hotel. The food is great here, I was always so full because of their delicious meals and treats (especially because of their baklava). The staff is very wholesome and welcoming, I was treated like a princess. The bartenders are very hard working and make great cocktails. This hotel is great for families with kids and couples. It has a variety of things to offer and spectacular night shows. I loved staying here. See u next time! - Kamile

We stayed for one week at this hotel. The stay was excellent because of these two persons: Fatma and Hasan. Hasan helped us in each daily situation, if we need any help he was always on time and he did more than we asked- big big thanks to him from Lithuanian family! Fatma always helped us to clean our places - we just needed to sit and do not care about anything. i would strongly recommend to go to this hotel but once you hear look for Fatma and Hasan! they will make your holiday dream came true.
