J'adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

This hotel is no way 5 star 3 at a push . Its needs revamping. Showers disgusting. Food is awful staff grumpy simply save your money our hotel we was ment to go to was shut down by tourist police no visa we were given 2 choices to go this was the best option believe it or not wished we'd cancelled

0 stars was not an option - this hotel was simply disgusting - please listen, we are a family from Liverpool who has traveled to Turkey numerous times over the years - first trip to Side after always residing in Lara Beach, Belek, Aksu etc. what a mistake Where do I even begin! Our stay at the J'Adore Deluxe Hotel was nothing short of disgraceful. The name may sound luxurious, but don’t be fooled — there is NOTHING deluxe about this place. We are a family of 5 from Liverpool, with two adult daughters and a younger teenage daughter. We specifically asked and emailed profusely that we were put close together in two separate rooms ideally a few doors down. We were ignored and they explained they had no record of any conversation. We were placed in rooms on the 8th and 3rd floor - the 8th floor which I can only describe as a sweat box - tiny rooms with faulty and filthy air conditioning. The air conditioning actually dripped and burnt our youngest daughters eye!!! No concern for this whatsoever. Followed by the 3rd floor room with actual dirty cupboards, a sink that didn’t drain and a broken balcony door which didn’t lock- absolutely disgusting. The smell of the water coming from the taps was absolutely vulgar, none of us could use the tap and instead brushed our teeth over the toilet as the smell physically made you bork. The 3rd floor balcony overlooked the opposite hotel - this was basically like a prison block it was so close together, the ground below was filled with rubbish and dirty nappies which people had lashed over! Just no words. We later moved rooms another two times in the space of 2 days what does that tell you. The entire hotel was just filthy. From the grimy floors, absolutely disgustingly smelly corridor carpets and mouldy bathrooms it was obvious that cleanliness is not a priority here. The facilities were run-down, and any attempt to raise issues with staff was met with complete indifference. We requested one of the rooms be cleaned again before we slept in it they explained it would be - complete lies as we have timestamped photos of the same actual filth which they ignored which I have attached in the pictures. All of the furniture was either stained or damaged or the stitching was ripped open. Restaurants - The Main Buffet was the worst thing we have ever experienced/witnessed. Not once did we eat breakfast/lunch or dinner there as we physically couldn’t stomach it. There were not nearly enough staff to cope, and the few that were there seemed overwhelmed. Basic things like utensils were often missing, and unbelievably, none of the food was labeled. This is not just careless, it’s dangerous – it could have easily caused a serious allergic reaction for anyone with dietary restrictions. The entire atmosphere felt chaotic, more like feeding time at the zoo than a hotel buffet. Guests were pushing and shoving to get to what little food was left, and the lack of organisation made it an unpleasant and stressful experience.

Awful food, the cheapest of the cheap. Repetitive reheats. location was pretty remote with Nowhere to walk to nearby. Beach was not pretty. Shingly and not comfortable to walk. Water not clear or nice to swim in. Beach offered disappointing food and drink choices. Service was not very friendly. A lot of sullen staff. Very few spoke english. Entertainment was amateur at best. Really lame. Drinks were a joke. No alcohol free options. No branded alcohol. Really poor. Music around the pool was unacceptable noise level with explicit lyrics so unable to relax with kids. I could go on but don’t have enough time. Rooms were just okay and thank god the sun was shining otherwise i would have flown back home. What an awful y. Avoid if you have any taste and want to enjoy yourself.
