Dear Hotel Management,
One of the things I especially loved was seeing the friendly cats around the property. They give the hotel such a warm and cozy atmosphere, and many guests (including me) truly enjoy their presence.
It would make such a wonderful impression if the hotel could provide a small cat house on the territory, or at least place bowls with fresh water for them and update it regularly. This little gesture of kindness would show how much the hotel cares not only for its guests but also for the animals that make the place feel even more unique and special.
I am sure many visitors would appreciate this thoughtful detail, and it would make their stay even more memorable.

The hotel lives up to its reputation. We are pleased with the reception staff; there are no language issues, everything is friendly and fast. We arrived in the morning and were checked in quickly, although we were supposed to be in the afternoon. The room is clean and modern. Everything is there and works. Housekeeping was seamless. The food is excellent, with a huge variety of dishes and drinks. The service is excellent and unobtrusive. The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. The entire beach is covered with sun loungers, enough for everyone. And most importantly, the sand is fine. The bottom is smooth and even. There is Wi-Fi on the beach, and they offer snacks, drinks, ice cream, pastries, and fruit. The same goes for the pool, which is large. There is a separate one for children. Overall, I like the hotel; it's quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of Germans and Russians too. I recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel! We stayed from October 18, 2021. It was still warm, even hot during the day; a jacket was needed in the evening. The sea was excellent and warm. There was plenty of food: meat, vegetables, sweets, and alcohol. The free internet didn't reach the room, but it worked well on the beach. There's a bus stop nearby for trips to Side and Manavgat. Everything was great!

We had the holiday of a nightmare here, an all inclusive 9 day hell. Hygiene was appalling so we all ended up ill, my 2 year old son and I vomited, probably from the food. He vomited on the ground by the outside bar where people eat, drink and walk barefoot and no one cleaned up his vomit. My husband got so ill that he had to visit the on-site doctor who immediately admitted him to hospital, which incurred a €3k bill for us. They really rip people off medically here, they send you to a private hospital where the admission costs alone are about €1k, they initially told him a 3-hour visit which then turned into a 1-night stay and the next morning they wanted another €1k for the stay without telling him what the costs would be in advance. We got our insurance providers involved so they could help us with the upfront costs - but 2 weeks later we get a letter in the post from debt collectors to inform us that the hospital passed our bill to debt collectors instead of sorting with our health insurance. On the same day my husband was admitted to hospital, my 3 year old daughter banged her nose and had a nose bleed, the doctor wanted to send her to the hospital to rule out a broken nose (he put a lot of fear in me that her nose was broken), this visit to the hospital including an x-ray cost me almost €800. Total scam artists. They were very happy to learn that we had German health insurance and immediately wanted to send us to hospital to get their thousands from us, this completely ruined our holiday. The grounds of the hotel were also constantly dirty, I never saw anyone clean, our room was never cleaned, the food was the same everyday and quite frankly I never want to eat Turkish food again nor do I ever want to visit Turkey again. I am completely traumatised from this holiday.

The owners of the hotel, make the service better, at least in these autumn months! The hotel needs to be treated with antiseptic! There may be a stomach infection in the hotel.

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive. Staff are friendly and helpful - particular mention of reception (Alper, Okan and Melih) and entertainment teams - Casper was a favourite with the whole family. Lots of activities, close to the beach. Could not recommended highly enough.

Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side. We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas. The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers. Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment. The hotel service, despite their very limited English, was top-notch. They did everything to ensure guests were happy. The pool bar staff were excellent, especially the waiter, Laktosuz, who served his signature drinks and always found time for a joke. Everyone was very helpful, polite, smiling, and always willing to chat, despite their hard work. And now, most importantly, the entertainment team. Casper, Elvis, Dobrawa, and Matylda were wonderful young people who did everything in their power to make every day at the hotel a wonderful one. Kacper, who entertained everyone, would have been boring without him. What a charismatic man he was, open to people, and sincere. Dobrawa was wonderful, always making time for a quick chat and fun. Thanks to them, every day spent at the hotel, from morning to night, was full of excitement. We love you all. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We miss you. Iwona and Piotr.

stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. found this place on the internet and it was way better than I anticipated. pool is huge, slides are enough. (3 large and 3 small ones for kids.) food is good, never felt hungry for the whole holiday. Employees are nice and friendly. would hardly recommend and would come again.
