We are spending 3 weeks here in November & December 2021. Nice rooms. comfortable and quite reasonable. Convenient location with easy freeway access. The area is comfortable and totally safe.

A decent place for a lads holiday which is what we used it for. Apartments were nice and clean. The pictures were slightly misleading as the pool was very small. When we got there we received no help with luggage or shown to our room. Was very late so had to find our own way. But other than that, friendly staff and overall nice place.

We booked one night before leaving for Kemer. We left a bag with warm clothes for 12 days with them. On the way back, we booked another night, and our things were safe, for which we are extremely grateful! They helped us with a taxi at 4 a.m. I gave it five stars considering the low cost and the polite staff. I didn't notice the pile of trash bins at the entrance.

The hotel is not bad for this money, but... It is dirty everywhere, in the kitchen, in the bedroom and especially in the bathroom. The shower had no door, but there were two towels for the feet, they laid them out. It was a mess to wash, there was a leaky hose and water did not flow into the shower head, they said they would replace it with exactly the same leaky one. They said again and the woman...

Lived here for 2 weeks. They paid 650 lira per day. Not worth your money. Mold in the bathroom, no shelves in the shower, the shelf above the mirror was repaired by ourselves. The room is dirty, I found a cigarette butt behind the bed. Crockery is not a complete set, there is only one deep plate, but there were pots. There was a musty smell in the room that didn't go away. the sofa is stained and worn...

They said that the rooms are comfortable and the location is beautiful, it's not in a good place. I stayed there for 3 4 days and I didn't have any problems. The service is very good. They are trying to help, especially Ms. Nisa, she helped us a lot during our stay at the ords, it was a good holiday for me, I recommend it to everyone

the hotel is difficult to get to, the beach is also far away. the food is of a low standard. the hotel is definitely not worth the money asked. and positive moments, nice people at the reception and quite clean.

Didn't like: too little transfer to the beach, no lunch in the sister hotel on the beach - we booked all inclusive!

+: Amazing rooms, it's like a fairytale. Marble bathroom, beautiful bed, ... The hotel is a beautiful building. It's perfectly clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast is very nice, there is the buffet and one morning they even made gözleme. Naime and her husband are very helpful and sweet :) - : most activities happen outside of Ürgüp but there are buses, taxis, or with a car it's not a problem.

This is an average hotel. It served my purpose which mean i will stay there in the future if i am traveling solo. I liked the area because many people speak Arabic there. There is also a mixed variety of food.

Manager kindly switched reservation for my delay due to health problems. Many others would just remind me it was non-refundable -- but this place has a heart.

I am grateful for the hotel staff understanding my health problems & kindly allowing me to change my reservation with Expedia -- they called back on Whatsapp quickly when I was in urgent care. They had already promised a very quiet room -- not many hotels can deliver this, so I appreciate this hotel a lot.

Stayed here for one night. Good location, close to the airport shuttle if you're planning for an overnight before your next flight. A bit noisy from the coffeeshop downstairs (gulf maydan), especially at night. Affordable, clean, friendly staff.

Every holiday, we choose this place, and it never disappoints. The location is fantastic everything we need is just a short distance from the hotel. The service is exceptional, and the staff truly stand out. A special mention goes to Selmah from the cleaning team, who is always incredibly friendly and attentive.

In the center, close to everywhere, clean rooms, large breakfast, delicious view, magnificent. Thank you to everyone. If I come again, I would prefer it for 3 days. I was very satisfied. If you are looking for a friendly path to your happiness, sincerely I can say that it is Babakamp. Nature is marvellous, food is so healthy and generous, staff are amazing. Room comforts are extraordinary. Events are amazing. Small pool is enough for cooling at this height. Family run business, well away from commercial concerns, they are honest, friendly and people of forest. You can trust them.

It is a location with perfect sunset and weather, where I can feel like I am in nature in every sense. Additionally, the entire team, especially the kitchen staff, was friendly and absolutely solution-oriented. The yellow dog in the garden (I think his name is Socks) was very cute :)

The place has everything you can eventually need, very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is a plus, and the owner is also a very kind person: he found a way to help me with a flat tyre, calling the renting company and finding a place that fixed it.

Stayed here with my family. We got a 75m2 room and the view is amazing. People working are very friendly and it is like you are part of the family. Street is cousy and there are markets and restaurants in front of the hotel. Amazing value for the money we paid. Higly recommended.

It is a decent, affordable hotel. Staff was nice. Wifi was terrible from the room we stayed, decent in the common area. Location is quite far from the city center so you must get a cab or travel with your own car to go to public beach / city center. Breakfast was nice however breakfast time was too late for us, starting around 8:30am.
