Delayed my check in from 2:00pm to 3:30pm due to rooms not being cleaned on time. Be prepared as they don’t provide any towels for the pool. Apparently they get stolen. Room aircon doesn’t work, telephone in room doesn’t work. View is great but service is average.

The hotel's location was good for us. The breakfasts weren't very good, but there was a limited selection. The hairdryer and refrigerator in the room weren't working, but we didn't bother to report the issue. The air conditioning wasn't working, but we did report it and it was quickly fixed. The rooms are old, clean, and odorless. Overall, everything was fine and in line with the price.

Pros: Good location, lots of food nearby, in the center of town. Disadvantages: The room card was invalid several times during the two days of stay, and the front desk's English was not good enough for communication. A very cozy cave hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the bustling town. Every morning at breakfast, the staff would greet us warmly. Although we couldn't go hot air ballooning due to the weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay in Cappadocia.

Small hotel with perfect rooftop to overlook the beautiful Gerome’s views,  especially when the hot air balloon flies. Unfortunately, when we stayed here, all balloons were cancel due to the weather. The breakfast is outstanding and staff  are helpful.

A perfect hotel. Its location is fantastic for Konyaaltı, and the reception is very helpful. We paid extra for laundry, but they sent it back to us free of charge because the stain on my shirt didn't come out. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has a wide variety. We stayed at this hotel for one night, as our trip was towards Cappadocia and further. We paid 7000 rubles, breakfast was not so good, we only liked the location of the hotel, there is a beautiful city mosque nearby.

The hotel is in a good location and has a very good surrounding environment. The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, and the service is professional. If there is a shortcoming, the breakfast is relatively simple and there is no fruit.

Because of the tragic earthquake, the surrounding of this hotel is in a rwally bad condition. The hotel ia in the middle of ruins. Though I could stay one night safely with hot shower (I really appreciate this), it is not easy to recommend to stay.

I got a room for an unbelievable price. It’s not a 5 star hotel but hey. For this price range you don’t even get a room without a window in Istanbul. So it was a good deal. They need to fix the shower but nonetheless, for this price range you don’t need to complain.

In the center of the city, the problems in the bathrooms are still not fixed, the towels are not very clean but the staff are friendly and helpful.
