The staff barely spoke English, which made common a bit difficult. The breakfast was not nice! I ate the breakfast my first morning and became sick and ran from the restaurant to the bathroom to throw up midway. No apologies, and nothing done to manage the situation. In one word, "budget" hotel. Negative features; The rooms are old, the bathroom is bad, the cleaning is insufficient. The towels used in the room are old. There are no hygiene sets that should be in the bathroom. Positive features; The location is good, very close to the main street, there are markets everywhere.

The location of the hotel is good, the accommodation is comfortable, but there is no hot water in the bathrooms

Okay for a basic stay 1 night, but not for a romantic time with your wife or girlfriend at the moment when they do some construction work. The blanket for the beds is way too thin to keep you warm in the night, i have to use my own sleeping bag. The staff I met was very helpful and friendly.

We went to swimming course which use their pool. Pool was good, heated and with windows to watsh around. As a negative point, I can only say that their parking area is not enough.

A cozy hotel in the Avcılar district. It's located in a beautiful area with numerous delightful parks, 15 minutes from the beach. There are also plenty of food and shopping options nearby. It's conveniently located near the metrobus, just 3 minutes away. The hotel has wonderful staff and a decent breakfast. I recommend it for a budget stay in a less touristy area of ​​Istanbul.
