The room was good, clean and sufficient for our stay, no complaints. Close to a busling area full of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Staff were kind and welcoming. We ventured to a few places that were busy but full of things to see. Lovely coast line across from the hotel.

Location was very good, the room was not good. There were noises coming from the radiator.

Very convenient place, great staff, ideal place for long and short stays. Within walking distance of many restaurants for every taste. Lots of tourist offers for boat trips. Also lots of places to visit in Tuzla 

I realized that I made the right choice in terms of price-performance balance. I requested an iron and they fixed it, I had a charger problem and they brought it right away. These were valuable and thoughtful behaviors. I thank you and wish you good work.

The hotel is in a good location. There are places for eating and playing downstairs. The room is a bit small and there are beams on the roof. There is a coffee table at the door where you can smoke. The sister at the front desk was enthusiastic. There is a big dog at the door.

Hotel was ok, staff was nice and breakfast was below average. I was at the hotel because I was going to have facelift surgery in Memorial Hospital. My surgeon was Dr. Ercan KARACAOĞLU ( Este istanbul) and He wrecked my face, I would like to warn everyone, Please avoid this doctor at all cost.

As for a trio, the hotel is good enough. Of course, the remont is no longer fresh, but in general it is not bad enough. Breakfast is not even bad. Omelet, fruit! Modest, but you can eat.

Everything was as it seemed and promised. The hotel is new and the rooms are nice. All facilities work very well. The rooms and bathroom were clean. The location is close to the center and you can visit the whole island by walking. Especially with excellent parking facilities, your vehicle will not remain a question mark in your mind. It’s a family run hotel and they are all so nice. The location is close to the centre of the village and you can find nice Restaurants for dinner. We really enjoyed to have dinner at Bueno Vista which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Only con is that the beach is located in the Marine and it is not that pleasant as it’s by the road and has yachts parking either side.

The hotel is a few minutes from Ladies Beach. The room was quiet and small, but adequate. There was a delicious breakfast in a beautiful garden. The shower water in the bathroom didn't drain, so the floor was always wet. The rooms were locked with a key that also served as the power supply. You had to pull the key out of the room door, making it impossible to open it quickly in an emergency.

Really nice hotel with pleasant rooms and general areas. Great, tasty food with multiple choices both for breakfast and dinner. You cannot ski-in ski-out but there is hotel shuttle continuously riding those few hundred metres to the other building on the slope where you have lockers for ski equipment.

I like the atmosphere and hotel. Restaurant staff were very friendly and food was very delicious. Customer service also was good enough. Hotel location is the best, close to ski pists. Each customer gets 30 free skipasses from hotel. Hotel was not noise, rooms were very quiet.

Amazing atmosphere at the Erciyes mountains! Location of hotel wonderful. Near to ski places. It's our 3rd time here and we are really enjoyed from every trip. Turkish foods are so tasty and delicious . Stuff is smiley and too friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr Mirzabala which assisted us everytime at all holiday. We will back again.
