Large room with nice balcony. Furniture and decoration not very tasteful. Bathroom quite unpleasant, will not visit again because of bathroom. Missed breakfast because we had to leave early. Staff could not serve breakfast a little earlier than announced and was not willing to make any discount.

The stay we had at this hotel was underwhelming and the expectation was much higher based on images of the hotel & reviews. This hotel did not match the nice pictures - the room had some minor cosmetic issues on the wall, a floor piece was sticking out, and the bathroom was moldy - the room was extremely small. Overall, the value for the high price paid was not matched, it is simply too expensive, especially being far from the city center.

The only positive was the breakfast.

We have been going with our friends for the last two years. It is quiet, clean, the breakfasts are very good, and they have very good staff who do their job well. The location is wonderful, in the forest and also with a sea view. It is very close to the city in terms of transportation.🤩

Location is very nice, we were sad to leave this place so fast. Good breakfast, clean room and friendly staff.

We were initially planning to stay for one night and ended up staying for 5. It was quiet and peaceful- something I find to be missing in many hotels nowadays. The breakfast was good. The view, easy parking, the flexibility of the staff were all spot on. Recommended!

Very good location (although in the beginning you may think that is not very central) with very nice staff!
We will visit Ayvalık again just for the hotel,which is having spacious rooms very reasonable priced!

I found the hotel by looking at the comments, first of all, thank you very much to Mr. Utkun, the owner of the business, he was extremely interested. Employees are very good as the friendly location of the employees, so there is no need to drive, in front of the minibuses pass by until 2 am. The hotel was new and very hygienic. Sheets and towels were clean. Only the bathrooms were a bit small. The rooms were spacious. Thank you very much for your interest. I bought 4 pieces of water in the room and they didn't write a fee, it's too small for them, but we can't buy this move with money, thank you 🙏
