Stone Hill Otel in Ayvalik

There was no breakfast - and dining, dirty rooms, towels are terrible, no fresh towels, very bad bed linings and pillow, smelly and very tiny bathroom, no-one at the premises, very unsafe, everybody can walk up to the rooms, seriously nothing was positive to remember from.

Berbat, bomboş otele 2 kadın rezervasonu riski düşünülmediği, otel girişi, kapıgüvenliği, ışıklandırma, yok!!! oda ışık bozuk!! Karartma gibi cep tel ışıklarıyla sekreter dışardan geldi yardım etti. Saldırıya uğrayabilirdik!! Gecemiz berbat edildi. Yazıklar olsun.
Uzunhan otellerine gece değişiklik yapıldı. Ve özür bile dilenmedi. Herhangi bir jest yapma gereği duyulmadı. Otel sahibi ilgisiz. Bu seçime Çok pişman olduk

False Advertising
Upon arrival at the hotel, there was no one at the reception desk. After several unanswered phone calls, someone finally arrived; we had a very difficult time communicating with her in English.
We asked her where the hotel parking was; there wasn't one!
We asked what time breakfast was; she replied, "8:30 a.m.," but we had to go to another hotel 200 meters away (actually 500 meters).
In the room, we tried to turn on the air conditioning, but there were no batteries in the remote control, and again, no one at the reception desk.
We finally got the batteries for the remote control/TV, and it finally worked.
In the bathroom, there was a very unpleasant and persistent odor despite the window being open.
There was no mirror or shelf to put toiletries above the sink; they were installed above the toilet bowl!
No soundproofing, and the lighting was gimmicky.
We didn't see anyone when we left for dinner that evening, nor on our way back, nor even the next morning...

NOT HELPFUL
I made an online payment for a room in Stone Hill Otel. Because of an online error the dates changed. Because the reservation was non-refundable, they won't pay me back. And they stick to it, even though my reservation is in 4 weeks. I tried to make compromises on the phone and by email, but the employees were not willing to help me at all. I am very sad about this because I expected the hotel to be very customer friendly.
