Really enjoyed my 5-day stay! The staff was helpful, warm and friendly, always on hand. The room was in an excellent condition, was very clean and had a nice view. Lovely, rich breakfast and amazing overall services. Receptionist Cihan was really pleasant, smiling, helpful and with a positive attitude to the hotel customers. 😊
Hotel is next to train tracks and noisy. Room was not insulated and I couldn’t sleep that only night I stayed!
Whoever rates this pace a 4.0 must live in a tent.The place is dirty and unkept. The staff is reasonably rude. It’s far from the city center. There are much better places to stay. This is at best a two star hotel
Very good location, z little bit noisy due to a train line near by. Cleaning room service is very random speaking about the timing. Super good breakfast.
I found a used condom next to the bed upon checking in. Plus there were some socks and coins lying around. The windows and AC were not working properly. The management didn't really care when I spoke to them and hotel staff were unhappy and exhausted! I would not recomended this hotel to anyone.

Really one of the best 4 Star hotels I have stayed.
In a very calm environment. New hotel of 6 months.
The reception are is fine with a pious receptionist. He is very pious and helpful.
The lift a calm, firm , quick machine.
The room......very good for the cost. Big one , clean,....well planned.....I came for business , but the furniture calls to use it...sooo fine
Bed is well laid out comfortable.
Toilet is big and nice..
Food ...morning breakfast sumptuous.....
