Hilton Garden Inn Izmir Bayrakli in Izmir

All hotel team members were exceptionally polite and attentive. Whether at breakfast, in the restaurant, at reception, or in common areas, every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly with a “good morning” or “good evening.” This is something quite uncommon in many hotels, where staff may not greet guests unless spoken to first. Here, even if you did not make eye contact, someone would still acknowledge you, which created a very welcoming atmosphere.
The housekeeping team and all other staff members were friendly, attentive, and professional. Even the security staff at the entrance consistently greeted guests with a warm welcome, which made a very positive impression.
I would also like to especially recognize Mr. Idris, who I believe is a manager during breakfast service. He personally visited our table to ask whether we had any concerns or dissatisfaction. We shared our feedback with him, and he listened carefully and assured us that he would take note of it. He is someone who clearly values communication, guest interaction, and takes his role seriously. I have stayed in many hotels, and it is quite rare to see a hotel manager personally visiting guests’ tables. For this, he deserves special recognition.

The restaurant was nice and clean the staff was friendly and attentive. The eggplant kebab is phenomenal i recomend it.
Ozan and Begum were on point with bringing the food out hot and ready with smiles on thier faces.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Izmir. Hotel is beautful. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Delicious food. My stay was most enjoyable because of the excellent service provided by the staff. Shukru at front desk, and from room service the amazing team Anil, Begum, Kadir, Seyda,ozan are all wonderful, friendly, efficient. I would come back to this hotel mainly for this amazing team!! I spent 5 days in this hotel. Very nice hotel, good location, close to everything, close to the coolest things, you can get to the hotel, there is a taxi stop nearby and a city train station. View from the side of Folkart Tawers, a nice panorama of the city at night. There are plenty of atmospheric restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The service was fantastic, very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice time.

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Bayraklı. I was kindly provided with an upgrade, which came with a great view and made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was very nice, with good quality and variety. The staff were polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. Hilton loyalty status was clearly recognized, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a hotel I would gladly return to.

Overall satisfaction
Location: Close to the train station, right under the window. The big shopping mall is within walking distance. The view outside the window is beautiful, especially at night.
Sanitation: Clean
Value for money: OK
Wifi: Sometimes good, sometimes bad
Room size: Large, especially the bathroom. It's just that there is an extra bed in the king-size room, which makes it cramped.
Soundproofing: Good effect

We have a child, so they added a bed for us and gave us breakfast. It's a very user-friendly hotel. The experience was great. It was very clean. Except for the lack of a particularly good sea view, everything else was good. Parking is also very convenient, right outside the door
