Fikretbey Konağı in Ayvalik

The best konak to stay in Cunda! I was particpating in the ultimate cunda aquathlon and I was looking for somewhere cheap, I called the konak and they offered the most suitable price from among all the others.
The most important thing for me was to stay near the event location but be in a quiet place at the same time so I can rest well before the race. The konak is a 10-minute walk from the centre, but that's probably the biggest advantage for anyone who value their sleep. Yet, at around 10 pm, some guests were talking downstairs in the lobby, and I could hear them from my room upstairs. I texted one of the staff and she replied promptly, "merak etmeyin, hemen mudahale ediyorum". And she did, and the guests quieted down. Needless to say, I slept like a baby that night until the Azan.
I absolutely loved the room, the decor, the cleanliness. All the toiletries you need were available.
As for The breakfast spread, it was absolutely beyond my expectations! The variety and taste were amazing! I truly enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back again, inşallah!

We had a lovely stay at Fikret Bey Konağı. The staff was very kind and attentive. The breakfast was in a traditional serpme style and very delicious. I can only recommend it!

It makes you feel at home with its hospitable and friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms and reasonable prices. Especially the breakfast in the morning is delicious. Being close to everywhere, walking to museums and restaurants makes this place much more preferable. Cunda is also worth seeing with its streets, texture and cute animals on the street, it is a great place to escape from the city for a few days. I definitely recommend Fikret Bey Konagi.

The hotel is located in a so narrow street that it is almost impossible to go by car. Hotel has no parking area either. Rooms are small but clean and well decorated. Breakfast was perfect and highly recommended

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. specially Ada went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable Teşekkür ederiz :)

I was touring around on bike and decided to stay here to pass the night and since it’s one of the hotels have very positive feedback. Staff is so friendly. Rooms are cleaned well. Only problem I have faced so far is that the room downstairs (under basement) doesn’t cover cell & gsm and either public wifi of hotel.

I’d love to stay again if I came back as I feel so comfortable about cleaning.

Very nice hospitality from Mr Mustafa, beautifull tiny rooms, delicious breakfast (easily feel full:)), suitable price, very close to museum and center... 5 minutes walk to eating places like bakery, fish restaurants or snack bars... 5 minutes away to the beach by car. 5 minutes away to boat tours (100 tl for one person with eating fish or meatball)... Don't forget to bring your camera to take beautifull pictures...

From the first day we felt warmly welcomed. The management and staff are extremely helpful and try to help with every small or big problem. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms comfortable, showers work perfectly. The breakfast exceeded our expectations - delicious!
