Very clean and not noisy neigbourood.
You need to share the bathroom.
It says parking available but you need to leave at the paid parking. Use Pazaryeri which belong to the municipality and 20% of the private parkings.
Ayfada was very clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The cafe was not open during our stay. We did have a car and the parking was at a Otopark at the end of the street. It would have been good to understand that prior to arriving. The streets are very narrow.
