The location is quite nice as you can easily walk to the city centre in less than 10min and you are able to park without entering narrow streets.
Superior rooms are nice but the garden rooms are on the basement lower floor and with an unpleasant smell (they have an automatic perfume spray which dot help) and with badly kept/dirty gardens.
In general I think the hotel was good when it opened but now feels tired and the staff demotivated (we had to ask for room cleaning otherwise they won’t even do that).
The breakfast offered is only Turkish style (no coffee no juices for kids no pastries etc) and the products quite cheap.
Overall I would not go back but it was ok for a couple of days.

Make sure you approach the hotel from the east. The streets beyond the hotel are so narrow a large suv will not pass between the house walls . Lovely stone hotel. Nice sized room and bed. Great breakfast.

What a find the Cunda Fora Otel was. We booked two rooms for three nights and we all loved every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and fabulous and comfortable rooms. And the breakfast! Oh my, it was amazing. Thank you Atta, and the rest of amazing staff

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the restaurants and market. Welcoming staff, large, bright rooms and a nice terrace with a beautiful view.

Quite comfortable hotel in Cunda Island. Breakfast is amazing with many kind of handmade marmalade varieties and pancakes. You'll have a nice view at their terrace. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very warm blood.

We always choose this hotel. It's our go-to choice, whether with or without children. I prefer to rest, and I don't want to get too tired. It's a holiday destination. The moment you leave your room, you'll have your garden in front of you, breakfast on your right, and you'll find your sunbed just two steps down. No need to walk or carry luggage anywhere else. It's that easy. :) Families with children will understand what I mean. The hotel was clean, and we didn't see any insects or anything like that. There's a swing in the garden. Kids can run around as they please. Breakfast is adequate, but I would like them to offer omelets. You have to pay extra for something else. For example, my child doesn't like boiled eggs; he wants them fried, so we asked for an omelet and it was extra. Tea is unlimited at breakfast, but I think tea and coffee should be unlimited all day. I don't think it'll be a big problem. The service was great, and everything we asked for was catered for. The staff was friendly, and the cleaning ladies were also very helpful. Thank you.

I thank the hotel staff and owner for their friendly and helpful manners. I'd say the rooms need improvement; there was no light except for the bedside lamps, and the furniture was old.
And breakfast is included—I think a hotel that only offers breakfast should have a good breakfast. It's just one meal anyway :) We got really tired of eating the same thing every day. On the last day, we asked for the egg to be cracked instead of boiled, and they told us it was extra. This is not nice. :)
The hotel's location, pier, and sea were beautiful.

A sparkling clean beachfront property. Both the hotel owner and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely genuine, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and there weren't a single problem. The food was especially excellent. The various appetizers we tried at the Cazibe restaurant, located on the hotel's pier, were all incredibly delicious. I'd like to thank the entire team for their hard work. This is a wonderful resort where you can come and enjoy your holiday with peace of mind. If you have plans to visit Cunda, I highly recommend it.

We left the hotel where we stayed for 2 nights today. First of all, I should say that it is a very successful hotel in terms of cleaning. Towels and sheets are like mousse. I do not agree with those who make negative comments about the variety of breakfast. The breakfast is quite adequate and every product they offer is of very high quality. Cheese is genuine tulum, very good feta cheese and 2 more very good types of cheese. The heat ends right away, yes, but when we say it, it is done immediately. Eggs, french fries, spring rolls came to the table warmly. At the bottom of the sea, its garden is very enjoyable. The employees are very respectful. The only and the most negative thing for us was dinner. The location of the hotel's Attraction Resraurant is great, but the appetizers were really fitasco. Even 1 of 5 types of appetizers was not good. We sorted and ate the seafood borek, zero garlic, no sauce, it was very bad, the artichokes were half cooked, the carrot yogurt yogurt was old and very tasteless. I think there is a problem with the master.

First of all, the hotel is in a very good location and being on the seafront was very good, but we reached the hotel room at 14.30, and we were able to enter the hotel room towards 18.00. There was an incredible smell of drains and WC in the room allocated to us in the first place. We reported this to the staff and they confirmed that there was an odor and they cleaned the room again. Thank you for this, but the smell could not be removed. They informed us that there was no room for us to change the room because the smell was at the stage of discomfort, I am an asthma patient and in order not to expose my 6-month-old baby to the smell. During this time, I tried to put my baby to sleep with the hotel room door open or in front of the door. Then we said we wanted to leave and demanded a refund because the problem was with the property. They stated that they could not issue a refund. Luckily, the room changed as a result of another guest's check-out, although there was no WC smell in the other room, unfortunately the smell of the toilet was with us throughout the holiday, and we tried to tolerate this situation by leaving the window open during the night and keeping the WC door closed. Due to this misfortune we experienced on the first day and our time was very limited, we did not search for a hotel again. Our baby was battered along the way and on the first day. Also, it was our priority to have a mini-fridge because I was constantly milking. We confirmed this by talking on the phone before booking. When we reached the room, they said that the cupboard was not working and there was no contact. They helped us to use the hotel's locker to store the milk that I was expressing. Since we reacted to these situations, a lady from the hotel staff, who took care of all the guests, did not even greet us. We thank you for this nice hospitality that we did not even have a dialogue with this lady. Emre Bey took care of us, did his best, and we would like to thank him and the smiling cleaning staff. Every time we met, they asked if we were satisfied and if we wanted cleaning. Breakfast was fine, only bread and tea came to our table when we requested it. Towels and bedding were clean
