Perfect stopover for families – clean, spacious, and welcoming!

We stayed one night at Hotel Temizay while passing through Canakkale with our two children, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, ideal for a family in transit.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options that pleased both adults and kids. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

Another great bonus was the included covered parking, which gave us peace of mind knowing our car was safe and protected overnight.

The location is also a big plus – just a 5-minute walk from the ferry terminal and close to the ancient site of Troy, which made it easy to explore without needing transportation.

Special thanks to Metin Abi – thank you so much for everything during our time in Turkey. Your kindness and support meant a lot to us!

I must say good for the price, the rooms are clean, great location near ferry. A bit run down, small rooms and appliances are not perfect.

If you’ve come here to sleep, you are in the wrong place. The beds are so hard I could not sleep. I have never felts such a hard bed in my life. I asked for extra blankets for cushion and the blankets were not fluffy enough to make a difference. Temperature control in the rooms was difficult. The walls are paper thin, and you don’t feel like you have privacy. The place was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly.

The otel is mid-level choice to stay. Staff are amazing. Room was not clean. Breakfeast was amazing. The otel is city center of Canakkale. Auto-parking may be hard. There is a lot of things to see.

The hotel is centrally located and you can quickly reach the objectives in the area. Clean rooms and very kind staff. I left my wedding ring in the room and they contacted me immediately. They helped me with his transport and I recovered him! Thank you!

Location: Very close to the beach, bazaar (market), and the old city, all within walking distance
Facilities: The room is small, with an elevator; it is worth mentioning that there is a lounge area and free lemonade in the lobby
Breakfast: There are few breakfast varieties
Parking: Public parking garage, about 300m away from the hotel, you need the front desk guy to take you there for free parking. (The garage address is Kemalpaşa, Mehmetçik Blv. No:8, 17100 Çanakkale Merkez/Çanakkale, Türkiye, next to the Shell gas station, there is a designated parking space for the hotel Temizay)
