A very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect. Very friendly whole staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Delicious breakfasts. There is car parking, but it is outside the hotel grounds. I highly recommend it.

Hotel location is excellent. Room on 4th floor next to elevator. If your claustrophobic, this is not the hotel for you smallest elevator I’ve ever been in. Room had this continuous banging noise. The ac would constantly revert back to hot. I’d skip this hotel

Highly recommended. I stayed at Artur Hotel 3 times in 5 years, and every time I came here, I witnessed that they work hard to provide better quality service to their guests. Beautiful location, CLEAN room, rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Congratulations and thank you for everything.👏🏻💯🙏

Even though our first day and night were difficult, we had a very good stay overall at Hotel Artur. We arrived on a hot summer evening, to find two problems. First, we were able to receive only one functioning card room card-key (which also had to be used to activate the room's electricity), for a family of four. This was inconvenient. Second, we found that the room we were given had not been air-conditioned in a while. It took about 6 hours for the air-conditioning to bring the room temperature down to a bearable level for us to sleep. After that difficult first day and night, other employees of the hotel stepped in to give us a second functioning room key so that we could keep the air conditioning on when we were outside for a few hours. Other than those issues, our stay went well and we enjoyed the hotel's central location near the seaside promenade very much.

We were searching for a clean rooms with reasonable price, and kind personal, with parking and buffet breakfast. Finding Artur Hotel was like a miracle for us. At reception there were two kind and helping ladies, Yeliz and Sanem, and also Faruk, who guided us to visit the rooms. We will have a good and relaxing night with a refreshing sleep after around 20 days of traveling in Turkey by car.

Nice family place, very cozy and homey and next to a lot of places to walk. They were very attentive and friendly. Their breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delightful. The room was nice once the AC cooled it to my preference. The only drawback is if you are not a night owl, you can hear the music from the pubs until midnight or so. This could be positive or negative, depending on your preference. :-). Great location and fun/interesting decor.

The attention and care at this hotel were extremely poor. The owner, an elderly man, was rude and used profanity. The manager, a woman, seemed attentive but lacked courtesy. Our arrival at the hotel was a disaster. It took us half an hour to traverse the 500-meter road, and despite calling ahead, they didn't warn us about it. If they can't manage this, how can they talk about hospitality? The first disaster upon entering the hotel was finding two single beds instead of a double bed. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, but the hotel management seemed unconcerned. This kind of accommodation was dismal considering the price paid. Additionally, there was virtually no sound insulation; all the noise from the evening echoed inside the room. The bed sheets were torn and the floors were dirty. I have no criticism that they could refute. Don't make the mistake of trying this place out.

Lovely boutique hotel, run by a very friendly and welcoming host, who spoke good English. Old stylish boutique decor.
Central location with easy access to everything. V close to ferry if you come across from Galipoli side.
Car park opposite for a small fee.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of Cay (tea). Would def go there again if in Canakkale.
Noisy student bars close by, which actually did NOT stop us sleeping, and t hey must ha e stopped at midnight anyway.

This is a very cute, small hotel in the heart of bustling Çanakkale. Rooms were small, but I guess you should not expect more if you want to be in a historic building in the center of a small busy town. There is a great bar right under the hotel, which had a rock music night, and I would have happily joined if I were not exhausted from 8 hours of driving. It was my fault that I picked a downtown hotel instead of the remote quiet one, which would let me sleep after a long trip. 🙂 But don't get me wrong, I would love to go back and spend more time when I'm not as exhausted.
I am grateful at the young man at the reception, who made a booking for us when I called last minute from the road.
I also loved breakfast - a traditional Turkish breakfast, and even though it did not have many options, everything was homemade, and tasted like from your mom's kitchen. You could tell it was made with love.
